We are out of towners that were staying at our capitol city for a doctor's appointment at the hospital. So this was our first and only time we will ever be dealing with this business again. We called at 5:15pm and placed our order for delivery to our hotel with an Oriental woman.We understood we were in a bigger city than where we are from so we gave almost an hour and a half before we called and politely asked how much longer it would be for our food. The same Oriental lady told us that our food was just coming out and would be there shortly. Another half hour later/no food still... had made it 2 hours now. We called back for the second time....this time to tell the lady we were calling to cancel, She kept saying,"WHAT? You haven't got you food yet?" We told her no and that we were cancelling our order and we were tired of waiting on food that we never even got to have. She told us to hold again,,,,,meanwhile she was loudly yelling in another language to someone,,,,,comes back on the phone and tells us that our food has apparently already been delivered to us. Why would we be calling THEM back after we haven't got any food and to cancel our order we never even got to pay for or try! She then tells us that our delivery driver delivered our food at 2PM. We hadn't even left for Springfield yet at that time so we told her she was nuts and that we were cancelling. She then says we would have our food in 5 minutes ok? We told them no we were going elsewhere and finally just hung up. Another half hour later (By this time we had made a new selection on food and was in the process of ordering this food from a different resturant.) we get a phone call from a different Oriental girl saying she was in our lobby with our food only. Unbelievable. We told her she needed to go that we had cancelled almost an hour ago. Talk about disorganized and HUGE miscommunication. I'd rate this place no stars if I could. If you were charged it'll come back in 1-2business days and we're closed to unable to do anything else. Called again at 947 was told again driver was in my area and they would call me back or have the driver call(never did) Called again at 957 just before they closed was told again would call back needed to find driver. 1030 still no call back so called again this time told my card was never processed and order was never made even though the charge had already hit my bank account. Was told it would just show pending and would go away in 1-2business days. 2 days later the charge posted to my account so I called again and they still claimed they were never paid and can't do anything to contact my bank. Were able to confirm what my entire order was but offered 0 compensation or help just referred me elsewhere to wait longer on a refund from doing business with then on Aug 21st.
