Con's: Cheese Sauce tasted like butter. Fries tasted re-fried & unseasoned Catfish nuggets & gizzards were bland & unseasoned

Based on food alone I don't anticipate returning nor would I recommend to others. I ordered the pick 2 platter with gizzards, catfish nuggets & fries with a side cup of cheese sauce. Overall the food was overly greasy tasting (which was the only flavor) & borderline dog food worthy. I have been trying the menu 2-4 items at a time for a month or so since I learned of Dolphin. I have enjoyed everything I have had and the portions have been well balanced with the price. I always order and pickup and my items are hot and fresh where required and cool and crisp as needed. My only critique is they do not have a horseshoe sandwich, they have cheese fries, they have burgers, they have carry out trays but they do not offer the sandwich made famous by the town they are located in. I went through the drive thru then when I got all the way home, I realized my hot dog with onions and mustard wasn’t in the bag like I stated to the guy. The guy apparently couldn’t understand English and began to state that he knew it was in the bag cause he put it in there. I told him it wasn’t. He then started again saying yet again that it was in the bag and I finally lost my temper, then told him firmly “No it wasn’t!”. The manager then got involved and still made me pay $5 for another hot dog that should have been on the order the first time I came. I will not be coming back to this...
