NO STARS. NO STARS. NO STARS.Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I went last night around 8:30 to get some dinner so I decided on a meatball sub and it was the worst tasting meatballs they tasted spoilt. So fast forward to today and I swung by after work thinking that they would make it right because accidents happen. I informed the girl who just happened to be the same one from the night before who had made said sub that the sandwich was BAD and her reply was oh glad you liked it……. So I said oh no it was like BAD BAD NOT A GOOD BAD. And still blank face. So I thought surely she understood the gripe and then makes a new sandwich. So as I am getting ready to take my sandwich she says oh that’ll be 8 bucks to which I replied umm ma’am I thought you understood that I wanted you to remake said sub as a replacement to which she replies ohh well I don’t have the power to fix this. I said oh ok cool well how about 50% since ya know I didn’t eat the last sandwich because it tasted like burnt meatballs. And to top it off she said oh well I can’t help that do you want it or not……. The lack of everything from customer service to quality of food is desperately lacking here and from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like they are interested in fixing any of the issues. Read moreAwfully disappointed with the veggie sub. The lettuce has orange edges showing it's age. The spinach is wilted and bruised- like it gets as it ages. And there is maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of black olives and pepperoncini, etc., etc. Overall sad, wilted extra small portion of veggies. Not a delight. Thought they were closed after no one answered at the drive thru. No one at the window either. No inside lights. No cars in line or in the lot (no wonder). Read moreLobby was messy and empty. Sandwich was sloppily put together, cashier was both non helpful and rude. I don't eat at subway, the only reason I came in was because I have a gift card, that the employee said wasn't a subway gift card despite it saying "Subway" in big yellow font on the front And having a balance of 15 on the app. Wouldn't take any time to try to figure it out. I'd like a refund and for the gift card to be charged. Update: went back for a refund at around 8:30. The door was shut despite them being open until 9. Called and no one picked up.
