I was here for the first time when a tornado warning activated in Greene County. Everyone went down to the basement and tried to distract ourselves. Two employees kept coming downstairs to give us updates. They even brought us battery powered lanterns incase the power went out. One of the men came down after a while with a tray of cookies, muffins, and brownies asking if anyone needed any comfort food. He also brought down two jugs of coffee. He let us just have whatever we wanted since we were all nervous and crowded together. He came back down to let us know we were all good when the tornado warning went down to just a tornado watch. My husband and I happened to run out of gas in their parking lot on a cold, rainy night as we were driving back from dinner on the last night of our vacation for our third anniversary. I popped in the get a mocha while we waited for AAA. Those folks were so welcoming and nice! They helped me figure out what I wanted, offered to buy it for me (which I declined but was SO thoughtful), and then prayed that my husband and I got home safe. My mocha was awesome, great temperature, and not too sweet. The inside of the shop was comfy and adorable. I haven't been here too much but I have been amazed by it. It is usually a bit busy which isn't great for someone who likes to be alone but it shows that the quality is great.

I enjoy black coffee but sadly I cannot find anywhere with decent black coffee. I believe this is because most stores rely on loading whatever coffee they have with copious amount of sugars, creams, and other flavors.
