The place is really small. I talked with Chris, the manager, before I bought tickets. I explained I'm disabled due to chronic pain and asked if there was any seating because I can't stand for long periods of time. He said they'd arrange it and that I'd have great seats with a great view, just to ask for him when I got there. So I got tickets and was excited. The day of, I got there, asked for Chris and he was already outside helping take tickets. He said to give him a few minutes and he'd help us. We waited and waited as he went back inside and came back out a few times. It was clear he forgot about us. So when we approached him again, he told us he could put us on some stools in the back but we probably wouldn't be able to see, or we could pay another $20 each (tickets were only $20 to see Black Stone Cherry) and we could go up to the balcony. We did that, but he never said anything about us having to pay anything when I emailed him. So I was thoroughly unimpressed and felt misled. It was clear he didn't really care or want to help. As I said, the venue is entirely too small and the sound wasn't great, but Black Stone Cherry was still awesome. Just not a good venue for live music. It used to...

Waiting for concert to start.... Opening band hasn't even taken the stage and it is 50min. after 7pm when the event was supposed to start... So far not impressed at all. Small venue standing room only for the most part.... If the concert ever starts well see how the audio is.... I'll update...

Ok so the opener band took the stage around 8 and headliner took the stage just after 9. Sound was good (another star). Please note that this review is just of the venue. The bands were great! The venue surely could have done a better job of starting on time though. Employees I spoke to and interacted with were friendly and cool (another star). I'm not sure it's the kind of venue I'd rush back to; it would depend on who was...

Love the complex it's vastly turning into the premier place to watch a show downtown with new ammentities added all the time atm ,pizza, popcorn, full bar(s),friendly security and staff always feel safe and secure there and with a VIP area for a fee u can get off of the floor and enjoy leather seats and sofas while enjoying the show and with monitors directly fed from the stage u are always in sight of the stage even if your a ways away from it love this place and with aw vast a ray of entertainment from rap to country metal to punk and everything in between the variety doesn't dissapoint!!! Like some venues that only have one or 2 genres of music played there there's surely something for you coming soon...

It was so very hot, Not sure if the air conditioning was broke or off, but it was miserably hot. The music was so loud you could barely here the actual musicians. The show wasn't to bad it was just so hot i didn't stay for the feature artist. Also they kinda overcharged for so called V.I.P. I probably wont return here. Really only came to support my friend Blake Shipp. AKA- Shippa Baby.

Went and seen Upchurch last night. It was a crowded. They probably sold to many tickets. A bottle of water was $3 but it a bar/concert venue it's supposed to be expensive. They staff did an amazing job keeping everyone under control. The opening band weren't completely terrible. It was worth the 2 and a half hour wait to see Upchurch.

Went an seen Joyner lucas on my birthday. Venue was nice. Volume was under control.although, when you have the place packed it would be wise to keep the temperature under control. I think everyone lost 10lbs that night. Deserves 3.5 stars but ill give it 4 because henny an coke was $4 an normally cost $6-8 anywhere else.
