Used to work here before i quit a few months ago because they paid me significantly less than everyone else. Not only this, but I was promised $200 for referring my friend to work there and NEVER got this money. Will tell you, im not sure how the health code department let this stuff slide. The shake machine was only cleaned when i was working (so not much). every shake had black mold on the top because it was so neglected. The nozzles on all of the drink machines are not washed nightly and havent been touched in over 3 years— our old GM forbade anyone from touching them because she was afraid they would break. The new GM is even worse. He uses his barehands to make food and even picks up buns and biscuits off the ground without gloves AND continues to use it. Any good rating you’ll see here is a lie that they use to give you free stuff. No matter what employees speak out about this, corporate does NOTHING and this place continues to be the worst and most DISGUSTING restaurant ive...

Driving through Alabama and kept seeing the food signs for Jack's. Had never heard of it so we stopped in to try it on 11/12 around 7:30. Everyone working there seemed clinically depressed. The guy at the register was the saddest of all. He rings you up and is also the one who assembles your plate. He moves at one pace. Slow, damn slow. I am talking a comedy television show exaggerated ridiculous slow. The sad cook had my burger under the lamp in about 3 minutes. Took poor Eeyore 20 more minutes to start to assemble my wife's chicken dinner onto a plate. When finally a sad person came from the back to finally help! But he helps only the sad woman working the drive thru and got right in Eeyore's way and SLOWED HIME EVEN MORE! There were only 4 of us in line and it should should have taken 5 minutes tops. This was not a pandemic "We are short handed" problem which one could understand. Burger and chicken were good, not great. Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese...

This is for the springville Jack's. Stopped to get some lunch. Usually Jack's is the place to go if you want good food and friendly service. However, today wasn't the case. The manager was at the cash register. As I walked up I said hello to her. She looked right through me and never said a word. No greeting or can I help you, or anything. I gave her my order and took a seat. I looked up and my order was sitting on the counter. While eating, 3 employees and 2 of their friends were standing in front of the counter being as loud as possible. One of the friends sat her toddler down at the next table. He was handed an ice cream and left by himself. A customer came in and the crowd wouldn't move out of the way and the manager never said a word to them. The guy had to squeeze between them and the counter to give his order. I have never seen a store manager who didn't care about their store. No control whatsoever. If I go back to this store, it'll be...

Loved it! We were traveling through Alabama on our way back to NJ from NOLA when we saw a sign for Jack’s. After Googling and seeing the great looking food, we decided to try it out and we were not disappointed. Trent and his staff made us feel warmly welcomed on a bitter cold night of long driving, telling us all about Jack’s and its history. We tried the chicken sandwich with fries which were tasted as great as they looked. The Come Back Sauce had a nice kick and paired beautifully with the chicken and fries. The restaurant itself was warm and inviting, very clean and well stocked. Trent and his staff’s hospitality made our first experience at Jack’s an amazing one, and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!! - Will & Andrea. P.S. Please open a Jack’s in New Jersey!

We were looking for somewhere to sit down order breakfast eggs the way you want them with table service. There was none to be found. I was presently surprised the Hardy breakfast was real scrambled eggs big pieces of delicious sausage grits was great The gravy was a little thin but I guess that's the way they eat in that part okay. The biscuits fluffy and tall. Also had tater tots nothing special about tator tots.
