5/11/2025 The last time we ordered the cupfection the brownie was whole and the plastic spoon could not penetrate it but instead the spoon would only bend. And i couldn't eat it through the little hole in the top so i took off the lid and then the ice cream dripped out if i tried to cut the brownie. Basically the only way to the cupfection is to dump it into a bowl. So this time we asked for them to serve it the way they always have with the brownie crumbled up. But they said they are not allowed to crumble the brownie anymore. Bummer. Not ordering it again.

Previous review: Love the super friendly employees. They always have impressive customer service and the food and desserts are great so they're busy and they move the line very well. The great service is one reason why I keep coming back. It just doesn't compare to most of the other places...

I went through the drive-thru. Placed my order 2 hot dogs ($5.00 )& reg onion rings($3.79) $8.79+tax. When I got to the window they had 1 hot dog ($3.19) & onions ($3.7 9) I explained the order was wrong. The girl said they would make the other dog which they charged me another $3.19+tax.What should have been $8.69+ tax turned into $10.07+ tax. I explained that I was being overcharged and she couldn't figure what to do. I asked for a manager. She was also stumped. Finally she said she could do a refund and a recharge which she didn't do correctly either. I just told her to give me the tickets and I would take care of it later. Customers behind me were very upset. Simple math us not a strong suit for young people these days. It is SAD. In the end I was undercharged. She only charged me the 2/$5.00...

Ordered an Ice Cream cake for my Daughter in laws party to celebrate her Grad School Hooding from Marshall University. The order was taken correctly and made days in advance. Sadly the quality of the decoration was sad and to misspell on a cake is ridiculous especially since the order was written down by another employee correctly. It’s so embarrassing to be celebrating years of hard work and dedication to have the cake become the thing you need to hide. We did scrape the horrible “M” off that was supposed to look like Marshall University “M”. We then covered the area with store bought decorations. However the misspelling of the word CONGRATULATIONS was unfixable. Money not well spent. Cannot recommend. Included the before pic and the after pic. Still could not add the “s” that was left off of...
