Saint Albans Shopping Center — Local services in St. Albans

It is a clean low to no crime area with a decent variety of stores... McDonald's, Chinese, and Papa John's are I believe the only restaurants so keep this in mind...also it is a strip Mall rather than traditional style Malls...the stores were connected at one point but that was done away with many years ago...there are at least 4 open spots available and it would be nice to fill those with useful companies that generate jobs and revenue for the community....I might add that a Goodwill was brought in last year and it has became a personal favorite as i had never shopped in a second hand store before i now look forward to going as often as possible...The parking can be a bit hectic at times throughout the whole shopping Center but you will eventually...

The stores within this Mall are all solid locations that make the best with what they have. However, the owners seem to show little to no care for the property. The road that runs behind it stays dilapidated with an overgrowth of plants on one side of it. The parking lot is only barely repaired and you can barely see the parking lines on most of it. They also have trouble keeping tenants due to high rent prices that are unreasonable given the demographic. Finally, the front of it is in desperate need of a pressure washing and the roof above the outer walkway and about to collapse in two spots above the former CVS. So much potential going...

Pretty cool...got grocery store wth Krogers, Pizza and Chinese place and also a McDonald's, & Smoker's Friendly; & LOVEE new Pet Supplies Plus store and cell phone place! Just wished they'd do something with the huge old Kmart building it could & should REALLLLLY be turned into something cool 4 the kids in the area to do cause if Ur from or have ever been to St Albans one thing that's certain is that there's unfortunately absolutely nothing for the kids of this area to do...yet they wonder why so many end up going down the wrong road...there's Ur answer...give them some place that's fun and just for them...a roller rink or a...
