Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in St. Albans

I am going to start this off by saying this is my first EVER bad review on ANY establishment I’ve ever been to.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to this Tudors for an early morning breakfast, and I needed to find a restroom ASAP. I thought hey, I’ll just hold it in till we get to Tudors. No biggy. (I have stomach issues) I walk in and they wouldn’t give me the key to the restroom unless I was a customer. Which I was. They refused to give me the key, so I texted my girlfriend in the car to come in and wait in line for me as I get the key. She comes in and when I asked for the key again, the manager looks at me and says “Oh well I’m too busy, you’re going to have to wait.”. They lost my business for being indecent human beings. I’m now at the Rite Aid down the road thinking of where we should eat breakfast this morning. Any suggestions!?

P.S. thank you to the woman who left with me knowing how poorly they treated me. You’re very smart and awesome!

Edit: after I calmed down, I changed some points like I actually went to rite aid and my girlfriend told me what the manager...

We had eaten here couple times before, so so food nothing spectacular. Should not have went back, we will not eat there again. Food was worst ever had from Tudors anywhere (including food made without power). Bacon extremely undercooked, vegetables all tasted like onions, soggy unprepared bread, and all tasted old or stale. Fries were half day past golden brown and well into burnt brown pieces of glass. Called to have food remade and received a very rude response by the employee stating that was impossible. Out food order was immediately taken back inside after ordering when we realized was wrong. Not once but twice and finally get right food to hey what I just described. This Tudors needs to take a field trip to Tudors at Malden /Campbells creek - Malden 5Stars always perfect. Saint albans 0 stars negative...

Just want everyone to know we appreciate your feed back it helps us do better. We have been recently under staffed but we have hired more staff. We are actually casual dinning not fast food so what we cook is fresh made to order. I apologize for your wait but fries are dropped by order. Chicken is made from frozen and we have a goal temp to reach to make it safe to eat. We do this to ensure your safety. I hope the wait is worth hot fresh food. Of you dont like to wait or have a large order try calling it in so we can have it ready. Hopefully everyone who had a bad experience comes back for at least one...
