Rally's — Restaurant in St. Ann

They need to get themselves together, managers and employees drinking on the job, saw and smelled the smoke of managers and employees smoking weed in the parking lot then they went back through the back door to make orders. But what bothers me the most, one of the young girls didn't even look old enough to buy cigarettes was being talked to and joked with sexually by the black manager with dread locks. That is not only unprofessional, but very disturbing, sexual joking and innuendos is sexual harassment in a place of work. I personally witnessed an employee on one night and a manager another night drink an airplane shot and throw the bottle across the parking lot. I know it was alcohol because littering is just plain disrespectful, I drive around and picked up 2 little airplane bottles one was American honey the other was Amsterdam. This is appalling and sets a bad example and standard for the workplace. The district manager needs to know and I will be calling to reach out about this. We've passed this Rally's dozens of times. Ironically, on our way to Lee's Chicken which is across the street. I kept telling my wife, "One of these days I want to try them." As it turned out, this past weekend my wife was a little under the weather, and spent most of the day resting n bed. I took the opportunity to play "Food Hookey" and snuck on over to Rally's. I ordered a hamburger and fish sandwich from their "2 for $4" menu. Service was quick and when I brought the sandwiches home and ate them, they were both good enough to entice me to return to this Rally's for more meals in the future. First off, when a Drive-Thru (only) restaurant uses AI at the drive up order speaker, something is wrong.

Staff is friendly, service was quick, food seems to be as ordered, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is better than I thought it would be. And those FRIES! (Of course, they were excellent.)

The only reason I'm not giving 5 *'s is the AI ordering.

"What can I get for you?"

A number 10, large, with Cherry Coke.

(Long pause.)

"Okay.. I'm working on your order."

Then two suggestive sell pitches, neither were responded to in the affirmative.

AI doesn't need to become THAT invasive.
