5/25/2023 Horrible service and no accountability. I came to pickup an order and was told that they aren’t making mobile delivery orders and that I needed to call whatever company was used to place the order and cancel on behalf of the customer. This makes no sense if you as a business cant make mobile orders ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact the company to let them know you’re not making mobile orders and figure out when you can start accepting these; why wait for individual drivers to come to do your own job? You do realize a delivery driver’s responsibility is to pickup and drop off food not contact said company to let them know you wont be making any mobiles orders or cancel cause you wont or will not make the food. You also realize these companies have to contact you to verify you’re not making these types of orders so YES, YOU AS A COMPANY are the ones responsible for contacting these companies so STOP MAKING DRIVERS DO YOUR JOB. WOW!! Customer service is the LAST priority at this location. And it shows! I just got home and I noticed my sandwhich was chicken instead of steak, and that's exactly what I ordered. I said I wanted the Philly steak with chipotle mayo. They misunderstood (Clearly) because I don't order chicken...ever. So when I call to tell them about the mistake, the employee Mathew Snyder was EXTREMELY disrespectful and tried putting the blame on me instead of taking responsibility like a good restaurant would for a mistake. You do NOT blame the customer, he proceeded to tell me that I was rude when I was there. Which I was as POLITE as a person could be after attending an Awake down the road. Newly Opened Woodbury Loacation Review

Food: Tasty, large portions, and great selection. I didn't give it excellent, because their bread quality and no toasting. Ingredients are fresh and taste great!

Decor: Nothing that really stands out. The facility is clean due to its recent opening.

Service: For being so busy, their service was quick and courteous. Being a server once, customer service has always been very important to me even under busy circumstances. I couldn't give them an excellent rating because the sub I ordered didn't have bacon. Yet I found bacon! It was a win overall, but still a mistake.
