As someone who values customer service above most other aspects of a fast food restaurant (being employed by one myself), this location excels at it--I'm always greeted pleasantly in the morning. Last Thursday night my girlfriend and I came looking for dairy-free ice cream due to an allergy, and the girl helping us (Emily?) was overwhelmingly positive, upbeat, empathetic, and genuinely excited when she found some for us. Sometimes the voice that comes from the drive thru in the morning can really set your mood. Im dreading the fact my son has a change in routine today and I have a meeting to run in an hour.
