Came into this store not knowing what to expect and left with some new friends. I knew as soon as I walked in, I was in great hands. Its a family run business so you immediately know they take pride in, and are truly committed to the work they do. I do lots of branded work items and now I literally just let them come up with most of the designs. Not only will you get a great product here, but I always enjoy my visits there. This review is sent to praise Fully Promoted's staff! Before Fully Promoted contacted me I had been using Embroid Me for my embroidery for my company. They went belly up without notice and took all of my embroidery templates that I paid to have made and then I could not find the the owner to get them back! Out of the clear blue sky I get a call from Full Promoted telling me that they have taken over Embroid Me's business but told me that they did not have the templates.
