Burrito Los Azaderos Y Mariscos — Restaurant in St. Charles

I called in to place an order of Bistec a la Mexicana, torta Cubana and 2 tacos de asada with lettuce tomatoes sour cream and cheese and 2 de al pastor with lettuce tomatoes sour cream and cheese, lady told me it would be 20 minutes, I walk in to pick up my order she rings up the tacos and torta but not the rest and I ask her about it she said she forgot to give it to the cooks, I said I still wanted the rest of my order so I waited an additional 10 minutes for the bistec. I leave and get home once there I realized the tacos were given incorrectly with just cilantro and onion, I call the restaurant to let them know how upsetting and honestly awful this experience was and the lady asks if I want to come back to trade in the tacos, I explain to her I don't live close by I live in dekalb, it was so frustrating tonight how incorrect the order was not to mention she went on to say that they had been receiving complaints all evening due to the amount of incorrect orders. It is so unfortunate that this experience was not a more positive one, I will not be returning and quite frankly I recommend you don't order pick up, maybe in store dining might be better...but given the...

Beware the bill! I usually don't write a poor review but this was something. We had 2 burritos, Chips and salsa that we didn't ask for, they just put it on the table like most Mexican restaurants, and tap water with limes that we did ask for. When we got the bill they tried to charge us for limes! 3.98 for about 1 lime and 3.98 for chips and salsa that we didn't order. That would not have been so bad IF THEY HAD TOLD US AHEAD OF TIME. It's kinda like a car salesman who pads your order before sending you into the finance office. SLEAZY! Then after we complained, very politely, they took the chips and salsa off but the owner/manager guy comes out telling us "how everything cost" and that if we didn't order the tap water with a few slices of limes the water would have been free. I didn't want to get into with this guy so we just paid the bill, and I did tip the server $5 because it wasn't her fault her boss knows nothing about customer service. Too bad he couldn't comp a lousy $3.98 to keep a customer like me, because I really enjoyed the burrito, now we will never come back....

Went in here to try it out and get something to eat. Went in there were people at 3 tables. I stood up front looking at the menu for 5 minutes with not even a hello from anyone. Finally a guy came behind the counter, looked at me and completely ignored me. In fact then the phone rang and he took the phone call and took their order. At this point it was comical to me. I was totally getting ignored. Guy behind counter came out and started talking to guys sitting at a table. Well I got to 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement that I existed. Will tell everyone I know not to go to this place. As an individual who worked in hospitality industry for 15 years, i've never been treated this way at any place.
