I have been going to them for about a year and a half as I work about 5 minutes away. The company I work for has been catering from them since I started working there over three years ago and I have never had a problem with their pizza. Having just moved into the St. Charles area I decided to order their "Deep Dish" pizza. Now, anyone from Chicago can say that a deep dish pizza is a pizza with extremely high crust with sauce over a layer of cheese and toppings inside that. The pizza we received was not only completely opposite but it looked like it came out of a card board pizza. We then called and asked to speak with a manager and was told that the pizza we were looking for was called "Stuffed Crust Pizza". We decided to give them a second chance and they came 45 minutes later with indeed a deep dish pizza however, the top layer of cheese was burnt and the insides of the pizza was uncooked. My Fiance decided to eat a piece and got extremely sick, at that point I decided to order Chinese food. I called that night as well to ask if I can speak with the owner and the lady who answered the phone said that he wouldn't be in until tomorrow. I show up at the business and ask for my money back and instead I get handed the phone and cussed at and apparently, because it was my "first time" calling he would not give me my money back. His exact words were, "I gave you one pizza, you sent it back, I gave you another and you sent that one back too. I already lost you as a customer so why should I give you your money back?" I guess he didn't think that the year and a half of business I spent with him was worth $24 dollars.
In short: Been going here for a year and a half, order two pizzas from my home, both of them looked and tasted like crap, asked for a refund and was told that he couldn't give me a refund because he already lost me as a customer.
Never going there again, guess...
Read moreAfter having read all of the reviews and ordering 2 large 16” pizzas with wings, I’ve decided to give the review I believe they deserve as a business.
I rarely write negative reviews but this pizza place clearly does not care too much about the quality of the food they provide nor the satisfaction of the customers.
A “large” pizza which is 16” costs you about $20 and when I ordered them I asked why the cost was so high ($46), he instantly said that he made a mistake and pressed some buttons to take $5 off and continued on with charging me. I then read the coupons they had sitting on the counter and only to find out that when ordering 2 “large” pizzas, you get either $10 off or a free order of wings. When the guy came back with my pizzas I asked if I could have my $10 off I was denied so I just took the wings.
They definitely overcharge the living hell out of their pizza when it’s the same quality as a frozen Digiorno pizza from the store. Had an interesting cardboard burnt texture on the bottom as well as chewy uncooked dough in the middle. Idk how hard it must be to cook a pizza but maybe it was just the dude who tossed it into a stupidly hot oven for like 7 min.
In conclusion, pizza is definitely below average, prices are way too high, but not gonna lie, those wings were pretty good!
6/10, would come here again but do some research on this place so you know what to expect.

Read moreTheir word is no good! Fazon (I don't know how to spell it), the owners son promised to comp our next pizza since they messed up 2 out of 3 of our last orders! We called back to get our free pizza and Roman won't honor it! And Fazon is conveniently never there when we call. We were told that in 17 years they've never given away a free pizza and they're not starting now! Well then don't let the owner's son promise to comp pizzas that are made wrong! Or get a new cook that doesn't mess up 2 out of 3 orders so we won't be in this situation in the first place! If the cost of a pizza is not worth keeping your word then I feel sorry for you! You have no honor and no pride if you can't keep your word. And you've now lost customers that have been ordering on a...
