Taco Bell — Restaurant in St. Charles

We visited this location and used the drive thru as it was a late saturday night after a baseball game ( after 10 pm). The service was slow, however they were also very busy. There was a long line for the drive thru. That was not a problem. The only complaint we had was that we did not receive our complete order and when we brought it to the attention of the person at the window we were told that we needed to pull forward and wait until the other cars in the drive thru line were cleared before we could be taken care of; there were several cars behind us. We did as we were kindly asked, we pulled forward and waited. We waited and waited, and waited,.....and waited. Nothing happened. More than 20 minutes passed. We got tired of waiting and we left. We have not returned to that...

What an absolute joke while trying to dine in there yesterday (01-20-25). When I arrived I saw there was a group of at least 6 people waiting on their order, also saw an upset customer at the counter. I questioned myself whether to order or just leave. I decided to order. I Definitely made the wrong decision!! It took 15 minutes to get my 3 items ordered. Mind you, They were not short handed! There were 4 people working the line. They just didn't care and kept talking and acting like no one was waiting. The manager kept looking at me and saying, your food will be ready soon..... Once I received my food I asked if I could please have the district managers name and number. She pooped her pants and said, um um um, ok. I ate my 3 items while waiting on the contact info but never received it from her. I was on my way to work and didn't have anymore time for...

I ordered from Uber Eats for you guys and didn't receive any of my sauces or any napkins? 90% of the reason I get Taco Bell is for the sauce.

I also manage at a fast food restaurant, and clearly, whoever is packing the orders isn't paying a bit of attention. Putting napkins and the ordered sauce in an order is not that hard to do.

Unfortunately, Uber won't give me a refund for not receiving napinkins or sauce. But my food is completely terrible without it, my order is ruined. GOING STRAIGHT TO THE GARBAGE. as should the employee who packed this.

Pay attention. I don't like eating flavorless burritos...
