Disappointing Experience at Culver’s
I've been a loyal Culver's customer for years and usually look forward to indulging in my favorite treat, the caramel cashew sundae. This time, however, the experience left me disappointed. My wife ordered a turtle sundae, while I ordered my go-to caramel cashew sundae. When I received mine, it was topped with hot fudge instead of caramel. I politely informed the attendant about the mistake, only to be told that my sundae was prepared correctly.
I didn’t want to argue or risk any issues with my food, so I reluctantly ate it as it was. It totally threw off my cheat day, and I left feeling frustrated instead of satisfied. Read more2022 Returned for school weekend again. This restaurant is still as good as it was the last time we ate here. Staff still great and food was wonderful! Still recommend!!! 2021 We had never eaten here and decided to try it. Now it is one of our favorite places!!! The food was made to order and done exactly as ordered. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful. It was like they actually cared about their customers and wanted to serve to the best of their ability, something lacking at about 90% of the places you go to anymore. The food was hot and fresh and the ice cream was also very good. I wish that we had a Culver's in my home state. We came back to this same restaurant again the next night because of the food and experience from the first night and had another good experience and the same cashier and she remembered us! I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I am a frequent customer and visit almost every day because I typically enjoy both the food and service. While the cashier I interacted with initially provided friendly service, I was disappointed when my order of the ‘Scoop of the Day’ was served without fudge or caramel as advertised.
When I politely expressed my concern, the cashier’s response was unprofessional—she rolled her eyes, which I found disrespectful and inappropriate in a customer service setting. I would not have raised the issue if the order had simply been made correctly.
As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future interactions and ensure orders are prepared as expected.
