Potbelly — Restaurant in St. Charles

I came to leave a review and saw I already left one, so I'll edit.

TLDR, this location has very good customer service and the food is delicious.

This location delivers & has a drivethrough, which is very convenient. Although there is an order minimum of $10, I know that's fairly standard and it's not hard to order your meal under $15 for delivery, making it one of the cheaper delivery options in the area. The service is good - normally my orders arrive perfectly, and when I had an issue with an order, it was resolved quickly over the phone .. the employee was nice, offered either re-delivery or a comped sandwich, which was a huge relief. Thank you, whoever you are :)

Not only is Potbelly one of the more affordable delivery lunches, it also has a delicious vegan option - the Medi sandwich without cheese (or chicken)! I love the Potbelly hummus and this sandwich is one of the few fast-food/fast-casual menu options I can get excited about with my dietary restrictions. If you're vegetarian but eat dairy, there's even more delicious options...

Just started eating here about a week ago. Before that I had never eaten here before in my life. They sent out a bogo deal I think on Facebook or Twitter and I was a little tight on cash so I figured I would give them a try. The sandwiches were really good and man I have been missing out! It's nothing that new but they do have some sandwiches you can't get elsewhere and even if you did these have their own little flavor to them. Definitely a good switch from the classic sandwich shops I had become familiar with in the area. Workers are really friendly as well always have a great experience here using the drive thru. I have accidently went here for an uber order thay was supposed to be next door lol great food...

Excellent service. I work at the airport down the road and come in for lunch every once in a while. Everytime I am excitedly greeted, they have memorized my order, my name and are always polite and professional. Time and Time again Andre has been extremely personable to everyone that has come in the door. The managers I have met are extremely nice and provide great service right along side the associates. The food is always great, and the restaurant clean. As someone who worked for a rival sandwich shop (Panera) for almost a year, I am thoroughly impressed by how amazing my experiences are...
