Noodles and Company — Restaurant in St. Charles

Visited the store and ordered 3 meals (steak bowl), order of bread and an order of pot stickers. First thing that struck me as odd was that nowhere are there any prices for any of their items. The store had 3 tables of people eating and yet the 6 employes seemed so busy talking to each other. It took about 20 minutes to get my 3 meals. Cost was almost $40.00. My wife had looked online were the pricing for the steak bowl is listed at $5.80, and listed as such at all their sites. When I got home, which is a 2 mile drive, the 3 of us sat down to eat. I was shocked at te meals. The noodles were all stuck together and came out of the bowl in one big lump. There were 4 little pieces of meat on top of the noodles and maybe two tablespoons of sauce. In my 6under $9.00 per bowl. Their noodles sell for $5.80 a bowl then add anything extra. Nowhere does it say this in the store or in any advertisement. 65 years of eating human food, this was the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten. I did call the store and ask about the pricing and was told that it is impossible that any web site would show their bowl pricing for the steak bowl and was advised they would have the manager look into the online pricing. Well when I went to this one to eat I had ordered a salad. As I was eating i found a bug in my food. Gross. Told the lady about it and I thought she was going to take care of the food and remake it and then give me my money back and she said coupons. So she gave me the money back for the salad but wasn't even going to remake my food and I had to remind them for the coupons. My stepdaughter also had the big mac n cheese and it looked like the little one, since I said something they gave us a side mac n cheese for free. My husband also wanted to add the meal for a side and drink to his egg rolls and was told we cant and then the other lady came over and did it for us as the same guy gave us 6 cups and we only needed 3 cups. I called corporate 2 times before anyone called me back and when they did call me back I missed it and called again and still no one to this day has called me back. I also got an email from corporate asking for my address to send me coupons which I wrote back how did you get my email address and they never answered to that either and still havent heard from them to this day either. obviously they dont care about this customers or want...

I went in around 9:30 for the Medi salad which is the only thing I like here. The girl at the counter was very nice but the man who was also back who looked like some sort of manager maybe right away said they didn’t have the stuff for the salad. I proceeded to look at the menu and then asked if I could get it without the lettuce since it had noodles in it and I had my own lettuce at home. He then said there would only be certain ingredients in it and so I said can I at least have that with some noodles since I came all the way here. He then looked at the menu and was clearly irritated and was being lazy and just didn’t want to accommodate me. I asked if it was because they were closing and he at first said no and then yes. I suggest not turning people away especially when I was making it easier for him to still help me instead of just getting mad like some would. I ended up buying nothing.
