Thought I would finally use a gift card I had received to treat myself to a birthday manicure. When I called to inquire about the brands they use and if they were vegan friendly, I couldn't understand/ hear them and their reaction was as though this was a brand new concept, so ended up having to email them. When I arrived for my service, I got the impression that I was interfering: the two receptionists were on their phones, casually going to get my technician. I got a hair cut from Ashley and told her her I'm trying to grow out my hair for my wedding and just need a trim with subtle layers. She cut off 6 inches and the layers are extremely dramatic with another 6 inch difference between the shortest and longest layer.
