Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Charles

Won’t be ordering here again. Pasta dinner came wrong. Apparently cheese comes on everything even though I didn’t ask for it. Breadsticks came wrong. Called, got them to send the correct food back. Well, after reviewing the receipt with my husband. They double charged for the breadsticks and jalapeno poppers. Appetizer menu says $5 for breadsticks. We got charged $10. Poppers say $7 we got charged $14. You’re telling me 24 dollars for breadsticks and poppers??? Ordered pasta and got charged an extra $1.75 for baked even though I never ordered baked. To top it off I found a tiny metal piece in my pasta. Then they wanted the food back that they sent wrong? What were they gonna do with it? Give it to someone else??? Also, I never was told the total until I saw the receipt. I wonder why.....After having to argue the prices we are supposed to get a credit, thanks, but the manager proceeded to tell my husband we needed to order breadsticks from the kids menu for them to be $5. I just got off the phone with this Rosati's. If I could give them zero stars and still leave a review I would! This man was the rudest thing I ever talked to. I called up and politely asked if they were open because it is Easter, and the gentleman who answered the phone said ..."I answered the phone didn't I!" Unbelievable unprofessionalism!! I was so taken aback! I caught my breath and said, well I just called because some pizza places were closed on Easter, but not everybody celebrates Easter so I didn't know if you'd be open. Then he changed his tune and proceeded to tell me that all the hours were normal and they still were delivering, which I did not ask! I would not purchase a piece of bread from this Rosati's! If you're going to be rude to your customers from the get-go, you don't deserve to be in business! I have been purchasing from Rosati's for decades, and never encountered one like this!...

We ordered today and were told 45 minutes. An hour later we called to be told it was another 10 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and was told their delivery is usually 45-1 hour but they are busy. The guy called the driver and he was almost here 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Why we're we told 45 minutes when it would literally be double that!? I'm only giving 2 stars because the pizza was good but we also ordered wings but those were soggy when they arrived and the pizza was warm but not hot. I am beyond angry I ordered on time to get this on my lunch break and ended up having to eat with 2 minutes of a break. We order at least twice a month and at parties but I don't think I'll order again because there is always something either wrong with my orders, time delays, or just mediocre quality.
