Really fantastic experience buying my first ever Queen mattress. Was enticed by Black Friday deals, stopped in to try a few, and met Jack. He took the criteria I wanted (namely the cheapest price and deals wherever possible,) and found several options to try, right in the range I gave him. He even offered to search the system for clearance options and I ended up taking a professionally cleaned & inspected recent return at a fraction of the retail price. All said and done, I saved more than I paid, and it ended up being even lower than what the Black Friday offers would have done. Can't say enough about the service, stark honesty given with every question, down to the way the warehouse is working during COVID. Having gone in with little research beyond browsing the website, and a stark realization that I may end up paying as much as twice what I envisioned, Jack found me something comfortable for my body every night, and truly helped my mind all the same, getting me everything I was hoping for in a price I felt comfortable with. The store manager Jack is who you need to ask for. My husband and I went into the store not really knowing what to look for, except for the known fact that he had back pain from our existing mattress. Jack listened to our #1 priority of fixing the pain and recommended a few mattresses that were geared towards our needs. Both mattresses had different prices ranges and not once even a little did we feel pushed to get the more expensive one, or the need to purchase that same day. Very understanding of the fact that we needed to think about things and do more research, he even encouraged us to do more research. We went in a few days later, and actually waited for him to be in the store working. He patiently let us keep testing the two out and shared his wealth of knowledge comparing the differences in the two.
