I have never experienced such poor customer service at a restaurant in my life, and a fast food restaurant at that! It's not that hard to be pleasant to customers. Like others have mentioned, not even a "Hello" when you walk in or "What would you like?" Not even a smile. They truly look bothered by your presence when you walk in the door. God forbid you try and use a coupon. They couldn't figure out how to ring up the discounted price and just kept shaking their heads over and over, muttering in a different language and getting angrier and angrier. Finally, they figured it out and as soon as my payment went through they ran off, didn't even hand me my receipt. I stood there a minute thinking one of them would come back, but no. I didn't even get a chance to say thank you and apologize for the trouble they had with the coupon. They literally just ran off to go about their business. No "Thank you", no "Goodbye." No apology to me for the hassle since really they are the ones who should apologize to me since I am the customer! My brother-in-law went there once and said the lady looked a little upset at how many sandwiches he was buying. I said no, even if you had ordered just one she would have that same look on her face. I've been there plenty of times because it's so close, but that was the last straw. Just plain rude. Do the world a favor and don't run a restaurant if you have zero customer service skills. Read morePoor customer service. I would prefer giving a negative star. This is the closest Subway to us and I was taking my son on a much needed lunch break. We have never had an experience like this one before at other locations. Our initial intention was to dine in but the older lady taking our order made us feel very frustrated and uncomfortable. She should not be behind the counter. She didn't know what she was doing and it was stressful trying to get our subs made. She over toasted the bread. Cheated us on veggies, chicken and tuna. And quacamole. Just about everything we ordered. I came in with a coupon and somehow left feeling like I didn't save anything. I paid alot. She was unsure the entire time. I had to reach to get my receipt she didn't even hand it to me or offer to bag our chips. After it all we felt so uneasy we decided to not done in and left. Not satisfied with their service and this will be the last time we go here. I would rather drive to a farther location to get what we are accustomed...
