I’m not one to do this but here it goes. I ordered from this store on Tuesday (5/14/19) at 10:45pm. Now, I wasn’t aware they close at 11pm but they accepted the app order and I received a notification at 10:54pm that my order was out for delivery. I live less than a mile away, and my past experiences with this store and it’s drivers would tell me it would be a short drive. 11:16 is when my food was delivered. I sat down to enjoy my food and my partners food was literally lacking the meat out of a “meat packed” large sized sandwich. We called- they are not able to make a new one since they are closed and offer a replacement for the next day. I’m unsatisfied as if it would have been here on time, we might have had the chance for the sandwich to be rectified. Fast forward to today. (5/16/19). Call and give the name the free sandwich was under. They’re so apologetic that they offer anything else for 50% off as well. Okay, awesome. Well, we called at 12:31pm and the delivery driver again did not show up until 1:07pm. Then, he says we owed money on our tab (that was paid via card when we called). Sit down to eat and the free sandwich wasn’t even the same size as the sandwich they had messed up- but I guess they did make up for it by giving me 50% off? I don’t know... This all ended with me never wanting to order from this store again. Incompetent people just trying to get home at the end of the night not even paying attention that they didn’t put ham on a ham sandwich and then deliveries that take a half hour more than they should. Read moreI've been to this Jimmy John's on plenty of occasions. Thanks to they're freakishly fast sandwich making skills it has become a go to, for a quick grab and go sub. Regardless of the subs they'll be made right there in front of you. However like any other place large orders and catering orders can back them up. They're only human. Really good humans.
Speaking of really good. 2/22/2023 dinner time my wife comes home after stopping by to grab us subs. I'm chatting with her through her earpiece. I can hear the matter of what's going on and the service was very nice and helpful. My wife and I are chatting. The customer service was friendly knowledgeable and straight to the point.
The food however, was on another level. I don't know what the difference from yesterday from any other day was. The food was delicious. My Giant Gargantuan was flavourful. The veggies tasted and felt so fresh. You can hear the lettuce snap and crack with each bite. I can even hear the snap as my wife crunches on the banana peppers they laced on her sub on request. The meats was tender and moist all the way through. It was one of the neatest subs I had. There was no mess afterwards because of how well it was made. There have been times when they gave us subs that you just knew wasn't given any love or care. From meat that probably sat too long and veggies that were just soggy. They even just lathered on mayo as if they were basting a cake.

Read moreI'm really confused at what is going on with JJs in the area. Looking at reviews it seems they either have the wrong staff or not enough... but this location is crawling with help inside. There are so many workers it doesn't look like enough room to produce the food! I put in an order for pick up, I had to wait last time so I gave it a few extra minutes and people were putzy driving...I got there after my pick up time... no sandwich. The guy asks my name, I give it... he says, "we'll start on that next. " like?? What? The app says it's done lol like..okay. I get my food within 10 minutes...it seems online ordering needs a brush up cuz these employees can't keep up! Maybe the area needs another JJs- they've got a bunch of delivery cars sitting here too, no one going out. Curious to know how your "freaky fast" business model is hanging on cuz is anything but...
