What a joke! This was by far the Worst experience I have Ever had at a restaurant! I am not one to complain, especially when it comes to serving and bar tending as I used to work in the industry myself for years. When we arrived it took 5 minutes just to find someone to greet us and when we were finally acknowledged we asked to sit outside at the patio because it was a beautiful day out. The host told us they had to clear off some tables and then he would seat is... 30 minutes later and after I approached the host again, we were finally seated outside (which there were 4 open tables the entire time while we were waiting at the bar)... We proceeded to wait for another 35 minutes -being passed by multiple wait staff at least 10 times - before we were even greeted by our server. When he finally asked us what we would like and we asked if we could order an appetizer. He said that was fine but when we tried to put our food order in at the same time he said he was too busy but would be back in a minute. Our appetizer came out about 15 min later and was delivered by someone who was not our server. We still had no silverware, we had empty drinks at this point, and still had our menus as we hadn't had the chance to order our meal... Not once were we offered anything else at this point. While eating our wings we noticed our server clearing multiple tables with 2 other people at the other end of the patio completely disregarding that we had now been there for OVER an HOUR and hadn't even been able to PLACE our order!!! After we finished our wings, we decided we would wait another 10 minutes and then try to approach our server who was too busy to serve us and was busing another table next to us. After 10 more minutes of being disregarded, I approached him and said "So should I just pay at the bar since we are finished here!?" And he looked at me dumbfounded and said "Oh no your server will bring it, who was your server!?" I proceeded to remind him that HE was our server and that we had not been helped... He shrugged it off and laughed and said some girl was supposed to be our server. He then went and got the bill and did not once apologize or ask if we needed anything. The real kicker was when he brought us our change back, he also shorted us money. Seriously rediculous!!! I have never had such horrible service! Coming from a server myself, that is your JOB... To Serve people FOOD and take orders. Even if it wasn't my table I would never have just ignored someone if their drink was empty or if they still had menus after an hour of being there with no food! Being completely ignored is insulting and a quick way to insure people will not forget a negative experience like that. I hope they can turn around their reputation because we will not be returning...

Mothers day buffet 2025. I so wanted this to be a good review, but thats not possible. My family and I met for Mothers day buffet at 1pm. I drove over an hour, family just short of.. not worth the trip or the cost, 3x3figures for 9 humans. If I wouldve known, buffet style was actually cater style with hot plates, I would NOT have gone. It was bad. The food seemed to have been out for hours. They made a lot and filled large servers, when I wish they wouldve used smaller servers, filling them with fresh food. The eggs benedict was dry, bacon was rubbery, French toast was hard, scrabbled eggs were rubbery, sausage was chewy, cheesy potatoes were probably the only thing that wasnt dry, oh and maybe the mac n cheese, Due to the cheese. The roast beef was dry, what do you expect when its under a heat lamp since brunch, it seemed. There was a chicken w cheese, that I tired, it wasnt bad, little dry. At the very end of the Buffet hours, they put out a new one. This seemed a bit unfair. Everything was cold, to say the least. The caesar salad had WAY too much dressing, it was actually soggy. Fruit was and warm, tasted sour. They had a seafood warm pasta my mom tried, dry!! All the desserts were in the middle for everyone to walk past and touch, cough or sneezy on. Gross! It was obviously ordered. The cake was dry, cheese cake was warm, all the pastries were dry. I honestly cant say I was impressed at all. This was a limited hour of service, but for 1pm. There shouldve been fresh food, not all day sitting in servers. There was nothing impressive about the food or atmosphere. Long tables with a few flower tops across. Our waitress was the best part. She did well, with keepin up on the drinks. People, if youre thinking about ever goin here for a "buffet", for a Holiday, dont waste your money. I did. I...

We very rarely get out to eat because of my brother being handicapped and money. We decided to stop here and treat ourselves. First issue was walking Into the building and it has a horribly strong smell of mildew, which I am allergic to! 2nd issue, we were brought bread and butter before our food and no plates to catch the crumbs and put the food down on. 3rd issue, I had asked the waitress about how spicy a certain meal was and she said not at all spicy. So I ordered it. We got our meals and they were so loaded with spices and pepper. The spices were thick on the bottom of the plate. 4th issue, I asked the waitress for more dressing for my salad. She came back with something that looked like thousand island and the dressing that came with my meal was white , totally different. I looked at her, she noticed the difference in the dressings and walked away, she didn't fix her mistake even though she knew! I put it all at the end of the table and refused to eat it. 5th issue, there was supposed to be cheese on both our meals - absolutely none. 6th issue. The waitress came back and asked if we wanted a box and we said no. I asked for the check, she brought it and said she would give us a few minutes and she never came back! Thank goodness I had cash. We noticed she never charged us for our beverages, one being a bud light. I paid the bill and we left. Absolutely horrible experience. I don't think we will be going back anytime soon. The biggest issue was the fact there were only 3 tables/booths with people. It wasn't busy and there were 4 people working. Our waitress would just disappear and not show up for 20 minutes every time. Horrible waitress and horrible cook. I really doubt there was supposed to be that much pepper...
