Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I have been coming to this branch in St Cloud since it opened. The people at the window have always been courteous and friendly. Today April 9,2022 was different. I came from a meeting and decided to buy Caines chicken for my sons. The line at the drive through was not long since it was 2:30 pm. There were 2 women taking orders outside. I figured maybe the drive through speakerphone was not working. Not a problem. This girl approached me and asked for my name and my order. I gave my name and told her that I was not done reading the different meals on the board and if she could please move because she was blocking the the whole board. She moved and as I told her my first order, she cut me off by saying “ ok , ok, how are you going to pay? Credit card or cash? “ I looked at her and said I will pay with my debit card but I am not done ordering yet. She gave me a look and said “ok, what do you want to drink?” I said , Coke. Then she said your bill is … this was when I told her “excuse me, you need to let your customer finish ordering before you cut them off. I was not done ordering yet! Next time do not interrupt your customer because you don’t know what else she or he will order. Just Ask if that will be all.” It was at this time the other woman who was older asked what the problem was. I told her they need to train their girls better when taking orders because she cut me off when I was not done ordering yet. She looked at the girl and the girl turned her back to me and out of nowhere, the woman raised her voice and told me”just go and drive to the window “. And told me not to raise my voice at her employee! That’s when I said “What?? Ask her if I raised my voice at her. I wasn’t raising my voice but now I will. Since you raised your voice without even asking what the issue was, now I will raise my voice “. I wanted to just drive away and leave my order but I had given my debit card already and the payment went through. I am very disappointed with this branch. I always stop and buy Caines chicken on days I am in the area. I want it to be successful since it’s a new business in St Cloud. We always support new businesses. But starting today I will think twice before going into this branch of Raising ...

Lines are two long still and I know it’s all about the magic sauce or whatever but for me. Just me this is an i statement, when I get to the menu board and I see the menu I am stuck there no way out got to see urself thru with it. I was Innoway attacked by road rage I wanted to just smash cars to get over there do to the creativity on their menu. Most people might have already known want a menu has I did not I’ll break it down for you it’s chicken tenders they come in a four piece of six piece in an eight piece and a chicken tender sandwich. Can you get another ice statement for me I was very discouraged to see that that was the only thing on the menu was chicken tenders especially for the wait especially for the waiting of the new store to be built however. I would have to say to the chicken tenders where were surveyed they did the side the road rage but I don’t think I’ll frequent very often but they were delicious they were absolutely delicious. But if I ruin the cost versus the reward sure that I was I was just appointment even though they are amazing chicken tenders I mean amazing the weight the lines and then the lack of creativity or maybe that’s what they all are supposed to sell I don’t know Magine their truck coming in just one big one big Cisco truck full of chicken wings or chicken tenders. Another plus side for them though because of their wonderful staff that is a huge deal so. All in all disappointed but they do have a few things...

LSS= Denture food: for the "crispy aspect only" imagine your Chicken/fries were "oven baked first and you REHEATED your left overs in the microwave. Meat itself was tender. if you have bad teeth and/or have kids that don't like crispy foods, this might be the place for you.

Long story: Like: Peanut and the gang (not sure if thats a permanent thing or promo) and very friendly staff. The sauce was good for the sandwich. The meat itself was tender no argument there. Also toppings for sandwich legit

Dislike: If you crave that crispy/crunch from chicken/fries this will be a huge let down. McDonalds chicken nuggets/fries have more crisp. The moment I took my 1st bite I thought "Oh my mom would love this because her dentures". She can't do Popeyes/KFC crispy stuff. Kids in general don't like crispy until they mature. The fries were bland like out of the walmart bag. They should have different seasoning flavors to choose from that are offered to perk up their fries. No ketchup or anything was offered

Conclusion: I (personally) will never buy their again unless its for my mother because I can make denture chicken/fries at home if I want too in my oven/microwave. Anyone with an Airfryer can out crisp these fries/chicken no problem which is why this is a deal breaker to me.
