McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Croix Falls

Of course McD's is a world renowned favorite of nearly the entire world ... But lately at THIS McDonalds' we've been less than satisfied with their quarter-pounder GREASE SPONGES they've been serving. At the prices of a meal here I could easily just as well go anywhere else nearby to eat a far better meal but I do McDonalds' b/c of their rapid service. The last 3 or 4 times in the past few months of coming here our cheeseburgers were saturated with grease to the point that the bread was falling apart. We should have at that moment just bring it back to the counter for a better one but, we figured wejust get the same and I was certain they'd see me use the survey on their website which I did . A few days later someone called me from that restaurant and asked me what the problem was. I explained and they offered no apology or a thanks for telling us , nothing. Just an acknowlegement saying Oh, alright. Hopefully the word about their GREASE-SPONGES got through to the cooks and they change the way they prepare food. this is the 5th time on the roll that i go there and place order at drive up window just so i can get stuff missing on the sandwich, and i always order vanilla milk shake with no whipped cream or cherry. and by the time i get to the window. my milk shake has whipped cream and cherry. so today i question on asked than to give me what i had order. so they toke it in and removed the cherry and just mixed the whipped cream with the vanilla shake so now it looks white and fluffy instead of what vanilla shake is suppose to look like. so i decided to ask about that. and was told that this is what the machine makes it white.So I guess you guys need new machines since that one is not producing a good product. And I would also advice ownership to replace management, since they cannot teach the employees proper service for the customers. Only getting one star because I have to give something. Quite literally should be receiving a negative amount of stars. Just got my order, I was handed the bag of food and no expression of have a good day or even letting me know I had all my food. Drove all of a block to see that I in fact did not have all my food. Went back to get my biscuit sandwich where I proceeded to wait for 25+ minutes to be spoken to inside. Without a single manager in sight the whole time myself and many others were waiting to be helped. When I finally was offered help I was informed the biscuits were out because it was now lunchtime (10:30am). They proceed to make a sandwich (unknown what kind of the one I wanted was unavailable). Walked away with a McMuffin and no apology or offering of refund or for me to decide what sandwich or food item I’d rather have.
