McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Francisville

On Mon, Jan 21, 2019, my husband stopped by this location to pick up both of us something for dinner and to drop it off to me because I was on shift. Most of the order was correct. It was eaten, but was very disturbed to get a call from him the next morning stating that he was never given his bank card back. I stopped by after I got off today at 7:00am after his call. I went into this location to speak with a manager and waited for almost 10 minutes only to be told that she had to wait on an employee to relieve. There were multiple people in there that could have taken her place for a mere 1 minute time to speak with me. The simple fact that she did not "bother" to take care of a customer that was in distress is pathetic. I had no more time to waste on waiting on her. My husband's bank card was not returned to him. And while I was waiting for this said manger, I was told by and employees that another call was made not long before that which was not my husband and they were looking for their bank card as well, only to be told they didn't have it. SOMEONW is LYING or they have a THIEF as an employee!!! They will be lucky if I EVER step foot in that place again. Burger King and Sonic next door will get MY or OUR money. Straighten your establishment out before it's TOO LATE!

stopped on my way back home from the Angola rodeo with my boyfriend and his family to use the restroom and grab something quick to eat on the road. absolutely worst experience at a mcdonalds ive ever experienced. FIRST OFF, the bathroom had no toilet paper and the counter by the sink was filthy along with the stalls, which the floors were covered in toilet paper. SECOND, the service was very disappointing, multiple customers, (most of which had also stopped in on their ways home from the same rodeo), had been waiting for well over 30 minutes. most of our family was literally able to eat their food (which was terrible by the way) before they finally gave my boyfriends sister her and her child's food. THIRD, the workers were cussing in front of everyone and talking about refunding every customer and clocking out. the workers also forgot multiple things on nearly everyones orders, as well as not filling the receipt paper on the kiosk so my boyfriend and i didnt get a receipt nor our order number, LUCKILY i saw it within the 2 seconds it was on the screen and memorized it. if i could leave 0 stars, i WOULD. 0/10000. do...

Edit: just don’t go there. Period. I have come twice since the remodel and both times I was left sitting at the speaker for several minutes and just gave up and drove away. This is the worst McDonalds in South Louisiana.

I think today will be my last visit to this location. I ordered fries and a chocolate shake. When I got to the pick up window, the woman half held out a vanilla shake, making me have to work to grab it ( I was close to the window, I had to reach almost into the window). And yes, it was a vanilla shake instead of the one I ordered, but I thought I must have spoke incorrectly until I looked at my receipt. Maybe that's why she held it the way she did, daring me to say something. When I did get it and the fries from her, she kind of laughed. Now, this location has had its moments. I've had to wait for the employees to finish taking selfies before getting me food, in addition to the usual wrong order and cold fries on occasion, but this took the cake for me and now that there is a Burger King in town, I see no reason to ever go to this location again when I'm in St....
