This McDonald's is certainly newer, with computer ordering kiosks and video game stations at some of the tables, and my wife and I found the restaurant and the restrooms exceptioally clean, especially following an ice and snow storm the previous day, and the employees were attentive, welcoming; friendly, a division polite. The breakfast Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffins with hash browns that we ordered were hot, fresh, and delicious, and the orangejuicewas fresh and cold! Management had also salted the driveway, parking lot, sidewalks, and entryways! Oh, yes, one final note, this McDonald's was advertising a fundraiser for the two Ronald McDonald's Homes in Springfield, Missouri, and I was so moved by the personal testimony of a mother from Rolla, Missouri who had a difficult pregnancy and delivery, that I made a special trip back to our car to gather up all of our loose change to donate with my wife's spare, returned change from our purchase. What a truly delightful dining experience from beginning to end! We highly recommend this McDonald's as one of the best that we've experienced over decades of being McDonald's customers!!!:) Michael and Gwen...
   Read moreThis is one of the few times I would ever speak negatively about people working in a place like McDonald's. Even though I walked in with a cane, I have a lot of nerve damage in my legs and feet and in my 60's. I ordered my meal, was given a cup for my drink, then was told my number to come up and get my meal when it was done.at the same time I watched a young man walking around looking for a place to set, he finally set down and was brought his meal, and although there is some disabilities that it is hard to see, but by the way they talked it looked like a lot of flirting going on. I don't blame them for trying to improve customer relationships. I will stop on that line of thought. More to the service. I walked up to get my meal when they called my number. I got a bag, kinda surprised at that. But when I got back to my table, my drink had been moved to the top of the dividing wall! To me , I really don't like people messing with my meal after I have received it! Then my fries were cold . Needless to say I wasn't that happy...
   Read moreWent through the drive thru approximately 2:10pm and order burgers and fries. They had to pull me over and specifically told the young man at the window that I would need ketchup. His words to me, "No problem, I'll make sure they know to bring ketchup." Very nice young man.
So of course I get my order, the runner hands it to me and takes off. Guess what no ketchup. Had to go back into the store, the young lady there with the pink striped hair was who I told about the issue. She then said they were so busy and then it was the guy in the drive through couldn't hear because he headphones on. So I was to believe that your location is too busy for adequate customer service and the headphones the people in the drive thru use makes them incomprehensible of hearing someone talking to them through the window. She then gave me a dirty look and handed me 2 packs of ketchup for a basket of fries.
