I arrived at this Taco Bell looking to get breakfast a super quick transaction there was somebody at the window ahead of me talking to the person inside I ended up leaving after the 3 minute mark because no one even said hello I'll be with you in a moment... So I went to Burger King next door this Taco Bell has permanently Lost my business. When I called to talk to the manager a young lady answered the phone I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager turns out she's 21 years old and opened the store all by herself and has no employees there with her currently. I told her obviously as a customer I had no clue about that she instantly started to cry and continued to talk over me when I gave her advice on how to let the her customers know that there was going to be a delay. I got upset and told her how rude she was being because she was interrupting me as I was trying to assist her in doing her job It doesn't seem like she can handle all the pressures of a manager. I told her to take this as constructive criticism and as a learning experience she took it as I was beating her up and telling her what a bad person she was..I told her she at least needs to make a sign to put outside so the customers that do drive up are going to know that there is going to be a delay either that or don't open the establishment until her employees arrive. She didn't even try to satisfy me from a customer standpoint she didn't offer me a free meal or anything for my trouble she just continued to cry and complain about her troubles... I am and have been in customer service for a very long time and I told her that when I am stressed out about my job I never let my customers know because it is none of their concern they have nothing to do with whatever my problems are at my establishment. She kept telling me that I don't understand what her problems are that it's so difficult over there and I told her ultimately it is not my concern as a customer what problems they are having I came there for an express purpose to get breakfast and if they cannot deliver for whatever reason then there needs to be notice or acknowledgement at the very least I told her if you're not gonna put a sign up to at least acknowledge that the customer is sitting there for longer than 3 minutes and say hold on a moment I will be a with you when I can. I would strongly suggest A district manager go to that branch here in Saint John's and really re evaluate this...
Read moreGot the same box I always get, beefy 5 layer and chalupa with Doritos locos. Legit the past 10-15 times I’ve come to this location I ALWAYS get a ROCK HARD and COLD chalupa. Every. Single. Time. It’s my favorite part of the box and can’t even be enjoyed as it feels like cold cardboard at that point. Also, about 80% of the time I get a locos taco with a crack right down the center right under the meat, and by time I take the food out to eat it 3 minutes after I get the food it turns soggy from the meat then the entire bottom falls causing all of the beef to fall then I don’t even eat it lol. I don’t understand the point of having a Taco Bell here if none of the food is quality at all whatsoever. Any other Taco Bell around could put this one out of business lol. Workers also forget sauce or napkins everytime. Either one or the other, but usually it’s the forgotten napkins. Managers need to step up and show how it’s done correctly. Show how it makes a difference when you actually put thought into how food is made. Roll the burritos correctly so I get everything in one bite every time. Not one bite cheese, the other all beans and so on. (Happens WAYYY too often here.) Also stop letting the chalupas sit longer than 15-20 mins. I’ve worked at corunna Taco Bell which is 5 star reviews and amazing quality.. I know for a fact the chalupas sit out longer than they should and whoever runs this store doesn’t throw them out and make fresh ones?? Read moreMultiple times at this location and another location In Dewitt I have ordered my food with NO LETTUCE AND TOMATOE! and every time it seems like the employees want to be smart@$#& and put lettuce and tomato on my food anyway despite the fact that the receipt even says no lettuce and tomato. One of these times I had to drive all the way back to DeWitt because my mother (who has Crohn’s disease and gets in extreme pain when she eats certain things) found lettuce on her food. I don’t expect A five star service from a fast food restaurant, but I would expect employees be able to follow a customers order leaving out anything a customer does not want.
