They always mess up their coffee. How hard is it to make a large nonfat mocha? I could understand maybe giving me whole milk, but when you ONLY GAVE ME A BLACK COFFEE, that is inexcusable. On top of that, when your employees do get my coffee somewhat right, they forget to stir it. Which for one, is part of the procedure, and two, when not stirred it tastes awful. With how much you charge for your coffees, your employees should really take into consideration what the value is. If I'm paying around $4 for a cup of coffee, don't you think it's worth stirring for 7 seconds? I'll tell you what, you can drop the price of your coffee, and include a stir stick, and I'd be happy to pay $2 and stir my own coffee. Being that most people start their day with a McDonalds coffee, you are indirectly accountable for the outcome of their morning. A bad coffee=bad mood. Bad mood=bad morning. Bad morning=lousy work ethic. Lousy work ethic=poor job done. Poor job done (depending on their employment) very well could result in a nuclear fallout. Don't be responsible for a nuclear fallout, get the friggen coffee...
Read moreFormer staff of two years here. Service here is generally very fast. We consistently ranked as the busiest restaurant in our franchise and, by extension, the mid-Michigan area; this is the reason why our drive-thru line is always so long. Generally, the worst hours to come by (I.e., the busiest hours) are between 7:30-9 am, 12-1 pm, and 6-8 pm.
You must understand that we serviced an average of around 1,600 customers per day around the time of my departure, so most of the one and two-star reviews you see are not representative of the average service. I have had the privilege of working with many great associates in my position. I would ask that all future customers keep in mind the high demand for McDonald's products, as well as the national labor shortage America is currently experiencing, when making a purchasing decision.
In summary, I would say that this McDonald's is the best in the city among fast...
Read moreTypically nightime/closing workers have a poor attitude. Certain managers at this establishment are the same. Where this store shines are its crew members. I have been here many times. I live in the area. Every time I get something from this establishment it’s well made. My favorite worker here is a closing crew member. Her name is Rebekah. I said I’d put this review in for her. Every time I’m there she is rushing about doing everything she can. Multiple times when I have eaten inside to stay warm, she has asked others in the lobby if they have been helped. They likely haven’t and she immediately rectifies the situation. She seems to be the hardest working person there. If I were the owner I’d consider making her a manager. The closing manager Toni is also good at her job and is pretty funny. This is also the best McDonald’s I’ve eaten...
