EDIT (2023) - Going down hill!
They are starting to cheap out, putting significantly less meat in their food and more vegetables to make it seem like they’re giving you the same amount. Your customers aren’t stupid.
Also, they used to have the food prepared and ready to go if you call for a pick up, but now, they start working on your food when you arrive, so be prepared to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for your “pick up” order.
Lastly, they need to get rid of the young Asian woman who works at the counter and answers the phones. When you call to order, she answers the phone then sets it on the counter - I’ve seen her do it to other customers and she’s done it to me - she doesn’t even get back. I think she does this because she gets overwhelmed with calls, to clog up the phone line. If they are backed up, she can just communicate that to the customers! Also, me and my partner are pretty sure she is stealing. On multiple occasions when my partner went there and paid with credit card, she would tell him one total and then ring him up for $5 or $10 more hoping he doesn’t notice - she is tipping herself. Beware and look at your receipts and totals - question her. She is shady.
We are going to Panda Express drive through now when we feel like Chinese food - we don’t have to deal with anymore nonsense and we actually get a good serving of meat in the dishes.

Fast forward to today, I order, didn’t even bring up the last order because I know restaurants are struggling and I don’t want to take money out of their pockets, I know margins are small...
I say I want to pay with card, ask if I can leave a tip so we don’t have to have contact with the delivery driver (family is immunocompromised), I want to make sure they get a good tip. The woman I spoke with tells me that she can’t do that, I said no worries, please tell the delivery driver I’ll leave them a tip under the mat (I have enough cash for a tip, I was prepared for that). She says that won’t work, unless I pay entirely with cash I have to talk to the driver because I HAVE to sign the slip. What?? So it’s okay to leave a big envelope of dirty cash, but not pay with my card unless I have contact with the driver? Everyone and their uncle has okay’d contactless delivery, what are you doing? And the fact that you put your driver in that position? Ridiculous.
She was very unhelpful, and this shouldn’t be surprising when there is so much (well placed) concern over spread right now.

Read moreI think the food here is really good... My issue is with the billing. I just finished an order over the phone and for the third time in so many months I know I was overcharged significantly. I understand they're going to charge something for delivery but I'm talking like $12 to $15 additional. The last time I ordered and this happened I called back and inquired as to why the excessively high amount beyond their listed menu price and they could not justify it to me... They tried to and got within about $5 but still could not actually justify what they had already charged me.

I honestly wanted to bring up and question them about how they were charging me this time but the lady was in such a rush on the phone, I had a difficult time understanding her, and after the experience I had last time questioning them about the charges I just thought it was better to keep my mouth shut (since they hadn't delivered my food yet and I still wanted it) This did not make me feel like a valued customer at all.
