Jack in the Box — Restaurant in St. Louis

currently here i ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches and a #6. after being told theyre out of mini tacos, theyre out of cheesecake, they're shake machine is down and my rootbeer tasted like soggy and was told to pull to the front. Sqaquille printed my receipt at 1:22 am. it is currently 135 and were still sitting here waiting for our food as 2 other cars have already pulled off with theirs... tried to go in for a refund, but doors were locked so i went to the drive through window on foot, she said my food was going out right now, i said ok ill take it, she said you aint been waiting long there is only 2 of us here. i said ok while ive been waiting 2 cars already pulled off with their's. i asked for a refund and she told me her manager said she cant do no refunds i asked for the managers name. she mumbles some name and when she realized her coworker gave our food away she got an attitude and said here just give me your receipt. i gave it to her and she said i need your soda. i said noproblem ill go grab it from my car it was bad anyways. as i walk back to the window with the soda she asked if i drank it yet. told her i put the straw in it took one sip and it was nasty. she didnt apologize or nothing handed me my refund with an...

Front counter lady was nice but that was it I ordered 4 tacos she even told lady in back that it was 4 down and only charged for one I get mistakes made yes but when I see the lady in back making them and barely putting anything on them and then they bring up and say 2 tacos and I was like I asked for 4 tacos like it was maybe someone else's order she was like no you only ordered 2 and the lady that took the order was like he ordered 4 and she's like well u need to take care of it I'm thinking to myself over 2 tacos really they should of said sorry don't worried we won't charge you for are mistake then took forever to get the food and pay for the other 2 tacos the 1.19 they would of lost and then on top of all that I see them take fry's out if cooked area with a tomato she pulled out and threw away took the fry's and red-eyed them to reheat them and got out and severed out drive threw window. This "restaurant" exists only to make people mad. It really is astonishing that it survives. As other reviewers have said, this is literally the worst dining experience you could ever have. Not only is your order guaranteed to be wrong, but the employees are fully aware of it and don't care. Just now I was handed a cherry coke after ordering a coke. I could see from the red syrup all over the lid that something wasn't right. I asked, "Is this a cherry coke?" The girl at the window replied, "We ain't got no regular coke, it's either that or diet." Imagine not telling a customer that you don't have what they ordered, then just giving them whatever you feel like. One time I was given a sandwich with mayo on the top of the top bun. I'm not joking. It was wrapped in wax paper and everything. To top it off, it was a sandwich that I ordered without mayo. I've been a fool for coming back here twice a year or so, but I always think surely it can't still be that bad, but it is....
