Cecil Whittaker's — Restaurant in St. Louis

I haven't actually had the pleasure of patronizing Cecil Whittaker's via a sit-down meal .But I am very familiar with their fare via delivery. I believe I've had just about everything on the menu at least twice, LOL. They are probably one of the few fooderies that I have consistently had a pleasurable experience with. The gentleman that delivers to my residence in the 63109 zip code, is a pleasure to see what he brings me food. Can magic read I cannot recall his name at this moment, but he is a friendly , very sweet gent, who consistently remembers all my dogs names lol .(and that's a lot of info to retain. lol.) Adding the consistency of the quality of what they offer ,I gladly give them a five star rating,With a top of the line...

I ordered 2 Chef salads with ranch dressing ( the same salads I've been ordering for years) I received 2 House salad( which I've never ordered in the past, loaded with onions and black olives, which I don't eat) I called back just to let the guy who took the order, Saturday night 3/18/2022 and he impolitely told me that is what I ordered. I didn't request a refund or a remake. The next time I ordered ( I'm positive it was the same guy who took the order) I made sure I spelled the word Chef and had him read it back to me so I would get the correct item. Very poor phone service and attitude. Be sure to have Cecil Whittaker's read your order back. I only order large Chef Salads with 2 Ranch...

Very good quality pizza, fantastic sauce and toppings. Friendly service too. Delivery guy had us all laughing. Only problem I had was I ordered pizza online and the website double charged me. Called in to ask for my money back expecting to go through a big ordeal. They were very respectful and apologetic and explained that sometimes it has an error where it pre-charges you and fails to pay you back immediately, but the money will be repayed within a couple of days, so no big deal.

Things worth noting: Great quality food, but the price is a little high If you want delivery, the website is a bit of a pain, and you might get double charged. I'd use a computer instead of a phone, or...
