So I was playing ball in Forest Park this afternoon. Worked up a great appetite. Thought it would be awesome to get a couple of smoothies as I head over to Tower Grove. I'll cut through the Park so I call at 4:45 to place an order. Google says they close at 5:00 so I figure I'm doing good. They didn't answer the first time so I called back. I get person on the phone say I want to order a couple of smoothies. She immediately tells me they close in 5 minutes. That's a little odd as I called right at 4:45. Google says they don't close at 5:00 p.m. and the sign on the door says they close at 5:00 p.m. I tell her hey look I'm coming right through Forest Park. I'm literally 4 minutes away so she does take the order when I get there. I arrive right at 4:50 p.m. and the door is already locked. I come in as another customer is coming out. The first thing they say to me is "have you place an order already", not welcome in?Hi how you doing? I do mention that yes I'm there to pick up a couple of smoothies and it's very noticeable that all they're thinking about is getting out the door now. I get it. It's a Friday. Everyone wants to leave but in a small business like this you got to put customer service first number one. I didn't like the way the initial phone call went. In a small business you must take all the business you can. You can't make people feel like you're an inconvenience and that's exactly how I felt today. Now I've patronized smoothies here multiple times and they're always excellent, but today the service was terrible. Why should I feel like I'm inconveniencing them when It spended my money with them? If you want to close at 4:30 close at 4:30. But if you're open to 5:00, take all the business that you can!!!???Especially if I call at 4:45 I should not be inconveniencing anyone. I'm making this point to help not to hurt. Hopefully the owner or the management will see this and just give the staff a friendly reminder that look the customers got to come first there. I know it's hard to find people to work. I get all that but the service just has got to be better. Smoothies were great service terrible today!!!! (Please excuse grammar Exeter using...

“** Update review -The owner just responded below to my review regarding the issues I experienced. I appreciate the response and finally receiving communication—this happened last week on a Friday , and I was told I would receive a phone call. I’m glad to know that the refund was issued yesterday. That was the only issue I’ve ever had at this place. Other than that, the service and atmosphere have always been great.”

I really love this place—it actually inspired me to start making my own smoothies at home. I’ve been ordering here almost daily from my office downtown. However, I had an issue with one order that changed how I feel about the business.

While placing an order on the website, it froze and appeared not to go through, so I placed another one with slight changes. When I arrived to pick it up, they had two orders for me. I didn’t see either transaction post to my card at the time, so I only took the second order. The manager said she would contact the owner about getting me a refund or at least returning my points (even store credit would had been acceptable).

I followed up later that day, and she mentioned the owner wouldn’t be back until Saturday. I never got a call back, a refund, or any resolution. I ended up spending over $60, and I didn’t even receive one of the orders.

Situations like this and poor communication make me not want to continue doing business. It’s disappointing, especially after being such a...

Got a coffee, smoothie and avocado toast. They said they dont have sugar or milk for the coffee but they are adding milk to other items on the menu🤦. The smoothie had a weird taste, could be the protein but not sure if it was the stupid combo of pineapple with milk. It was also 11$ for a small serving. Would not recommend. The avocado toast was covered with seeds and I didn’t know how to eat it since it was served in a styrofoam container even though it was a sit down place. There wasn’t any salt or pepper to help with the bland taste.

Usually I go to the songbird a block away but decided to try this since they had a long wait on a Sunday morning. Really a stupid choice on my part. I hope the owner takes it seriously, I love to support small local businesses and left a good tip as well. But small business can’t be an excuse to serve bad food, please charge me extra but at least give me good food . Hope you...

ALL I CAN SAY IS DELISH AND LOVELY!!!! I've been wanting to visit Hello for a while, but after seeing the Ocean Smoothie Bowl on Instagram again I was determined to finally go. While it's not close to where I live, the drive wasn't bad and upon arrival I was able to obtain a parking spot with ease (for those worried about parking, there was a lot of street parking available). I ordered my items online with ease for pick up, BUT once I arrived and saw the Grab and GO items, I had to go back to my vehicle to get my wallet 🤣. I picked out a couple of items from the Grab and GO and then got in line and the customer service was amazing, very nice, there was no wait for my items I ordered online, and just a pleasant experience. And I love the environment, can't wait to go back and actually dine inside. LASTLY, my Avocado Toast and Ocean Smoothie Bowl was delicious. A must try everyone.

Wonderful shop with fresh ingredients and tasty treats for all times of day! Stopped by after a class at Yes Honey and their smoothie bowl was the perfect refreshing treat! Their juices are pressed in house and they use fresh ingredients instead of store bought bases for their food/drinks. Their juices rotate flavors seasonally and feature fun names like Bruce and Kathy 🫶 They even have coffee which I was actually able to enjoy with just oat milk and still enjoy the rich flavor of the coffee with no sugar needed. I definitely recommend stopping by for a snack, a smoothie, or just to say hello! The shop has lots of natural light and a chill boho vibe perfect for chatting with friends or even working for awhile.

I expected so much from the complex menu but left dissapointed. I ordered the seasonal orange caramel. Nothing orange or carmel about it. The consistency was like raw egg whites, the bananas im sure. They ran out of oranges so instead of zest they offered pecans or bee pollen. I asked about what a kid would like and she recommended doing the ocean bowl into a smoothie. After paying I later find a small paper taped to counter that had a few 12oz simple smoothies for kids. My child's custom smoothie was the most expensive one. Smoothies were lacking flavors, is it bc im from the SW where produce is bright and flavorful? If I were to go again I would get the bowls for sure, they do look big and yummy.
