Horrible service!! Management is trash! I placed an order for delivery over $35. Completed the order then called right back to ask for extra salad dressing and to add meat to a salad. I was told my order had already went out for delivery (less than 5min after being ordered). The manager said I couldn’t modify anything (a female that wouldn’t give me her name). I said okay and waited for delivery. Received my food 35min after calling BACK trying to add something to the order. I asked the delivery driver why I couldn’t add anything and explained to him my calling back after placing the order. He told me he’s not sure why I was told that because my food was still at the store at the time I called. After receiving my food and the driver leaving, I called to make someone aware of the confusion and to notify them that my order was missing a few things. Ordered garlic bread, didn’t receive the sauce that goes with it. I’ve never ordered garlic bread and was told to pay for the sauce separately that goes with it UNTIL NOW. I received the wrong soda and the soda was flat. Still didn’t receive the extra dressing I called back about 5min after placing order. I spoke to “the manager” again (same lady that wouldn’t give me her name). She had a horrible attitude, like I was annoying her by calling and letting her know the situation. She said the driver would bring the missing items and that it would be 15min. 45min later, I called the store back to see how much longer it would be. I got the same lady on the phone (still refusing to give me her name) and still not helping my situation by telling me how busy the driver was. I should’ve been told that EACH time I called and spoke to them. I never received my missing items, I’m still not satisfied with the service I received and from someone who has been eating at this establishment their whole life, I’m disappointed. I’m a paying customer and should be satisfied when spending my money, as well as receiving everything I ordered. This was my first bad experience at Imo's. You all need to not make excuses when you make a mistake. Be consistent and transparent when it comes to customer service. I will stick to other Imo's locations I’m familiar with going forward. My husband, a legal Mexican, ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:30 pm and was called back seven minutes later and told that they wouldn't be delivering to him. This was not the first occurrance. When I arrived home from work he explained to me what happened and was very uncomfortable about the matter. I then called and asked to speak with the manager, he said his name was Joe and that the owner Jerry would be in Monday 10am. I asked why has he continuously denied service to our house hold. We have always tipped pretty darn good. He then stated that they have us in the computer as do not deliver because we refused an order in the past. I explained to him that the order was rejected because it arrived 45 mins late and it was cold as ice. Even the delivery driver that day agreed and apologized but yet we are being punished because of their mistake. Joe the shift manager couldn't have cared less, it wasn't his problem. Call the owner next week was his response. No understanding or apologies given at all. I will be calling the franchise first thing in the morning because I'm sure they would not want their good name tarnished by the likes of Imos on Gravios. We will never order from them again. Read moreStore has a complete Lack of professionalism & courtesy from the store manager, “Joe”, down to the driver who’s name they refuse to give. The driver attempted to snatch the pizza out my hand, that he had just handed me, because he ask for cash and wasn’t aware that I paid by credit card & didn’t believe me when I told him I did. When I called the store to inform them of the misunderstanding the manager “Joe” immediately expressed a very negative demeanor towards me and insisted that I snatched the pizza from his drivers hand as he was told.
I hate that because of the area that I live in, I’m presumed to be a certain way and am constantly treated as such with no apologies when it’s realized that they were wrong or maybe its how I look that confirms that regardless of the facts they’re right to treat me as they see fit.
Additionally I made my order at 6pm, scheduled delivery for 8:00pm so when I received it, of course everything was cold. I really believe they made it when the order was received and let it sit until it was time to deliver, which I received at 8:30pm.
