Subway — Restaurant in St. Louis

Had placed an order online before realizing the store closed in 20 minutes. The order was placed and my card was charged but then the order was canceled. I placed a call to the store and was told by a male "employee" that no order was received and we would have to call our bank. No other help was given. Called back to ask for manager to speak about transaction and was told I needed to call "main number". When asked what said number was, and was told "I dont know". I will never go back to that...

I have deleted my original review & dropped from 3 to 1 star. They might be clean & hygienic when making your food (their only positive point), but now the last time I was here, the guy was clearly either drunk or on drugs. He was swaying heavily, had trouble focusing, made my sandwich with the wrong meat, & then charged me for a completely different sandwich (same price, thankfully) . I was in a hurry & there was no other staff around to inquire to, so I just took it & vowed not to come...

I looked online during covid and it stated this location was closed. This was my go to location. So I noticed they were open and I went in and was ordering. I quess the manager which was always so friendly and cheery before. I said I am so glad you are open back up. He got really rude and said we never closed down. I worked through covid. Muttering things under his breath. No worries I will not be back to...
