Open Concept — Restaurant in St. Louis

Let's start with the inconsistencies in the pricing. I was with a group of 10 people and I promise you we all paid different prices. I was one of the ones that got stiffed with the $48 bill, while others pay $10. Some paid almost 34 dollars, but it was an inconsistent. This depended on what link you went too most likely if you were a regular you knew better. When asked about the hookah bar, we were told we don't do that when they clearly stand on the website they do. When asked about the D j, we were told that the DJ would be there at 9 PM but they never showed. I want to get food at 10:30 and was told we stopped selling food, no announcement. There is a second bar on the outside in which we were sitting. However, there was no bartender on duty. So you had to walk a 1/2 a block in order to get to the bar to get another drink from the inside. Lord, that line was terrible. I woke up this morning with a headache I'm sure it's because I was not drinking top shelf alcohol and which I paid for. The issue is not the amount of money spent as this is nothing however I did not get what I paid for. This is a place for children who don't know any better. We were told you could not get 2 drinks at a time. But clearly, you could, as several people had 2 drinks in hand. There's a sign facing the inside that say badsically if you leave you will have to pay for re-entry. It may be better suited to have it facing the outside so people can see it and so people like me can read it. Only special folk got glasses to drink out of. Common folk had plastic cups. Only positive for this place is that the bar tender in the front was a really nice. She really needs to whip those males in shape especially if her money is invested in this farce. As they say, it's so many things that they cannot do or don't do. Which leaves me wondering with. What are you really doing? And what can you do? I want my money back or at least the price differene in the pay. I told people about this place as i had a nice experience when they were further south. It was definitely a good time until it wasn't. I opted for the premium drink package in which was worth while! The food was also good. I think things took a turn closer towards the end when the atmosphere started to change. Yes, I understand making sure your clients have a good time but they failed to make sure everyone was. So originally going in, it was a good mix of music. Later on they had a dj come in and the music turned to electro only. You could see the disappointment on our faces as we were once truly into the music and as they stopped trying to please everyone and just the palm colored people. One of the workers who could have been the owner, approached us and asked what's wrong (again, you could see the disappointment on our faces) and my friend spoke about how the music was completely changed with noprewarning, not even a flyer on their Instagram page. The worker response was completely rude as he basically said "that's just how it goes", laughs and walks away. No, that is not verbatim but just a just which is one of the reasons we left early. I wanted to take my friend when he came in town for my graduation but unfortunately I will NOT be returning. That just left a really bad taste in my mouth. Again, I understand wanting to feed the interest of all guest but instead it just doing that it was more segregation with the music selected on a playlist by a dj who barely touched her turntable but was more secure to stand up there vaping. Again, we were extremely well informed that it changed into the other bar for the time being but not that on different days, different music would play. I would suggest some type of flyer to express how things work and to not be rude to paying customers when asking to express...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! My boyfriend and I Paid $100 for unlimited drinks at the door, all for them to tell us AFTER we paid that they close in a hour. WHAT A SCAM! Then made us the most disgusting drinks ever and poured us a whole 5oz cup Tequila straight, to "compensate us". I just felt scammed. As a business you should communicate to your customers that you were only staying open for another hour and gave us the choice if we wanted to spend that much money. Because we wouldn't have. In Missouri we have open container laws. So why the bouncer at the door made us throw our drinks out at the door felt like even more of a scam. Wont be back.
