This is my first time eating Qdoba and this was by far the WORST experience ever! It was around 1pm there was no line hardly anyone in the restaurant and the line looked HORRIBLE. The rice and meats were all very dry looking and overcooked the queso everyone seems to love looked like it was very old. There were sanitizer buckets next to food on top of the table. It was just a mess the tables we5rr all dirty and the trash cans were full. I ordered the 3 cheese nachos bowl and the portions were SEVERELY small. The people were rude no one was happy I had to wait on chicken and was offered a drink that later I found out was to be paid for by me when I didn't ask for it to begin with. To top this whole experience off the table I sat at the generator was above me and dripped water into my food after I was halfway through my food. I motioned for the manager and she was very rude when I explained to her what happened she kept turning her back to me while I was talking kept walking to blot her eyes and didn't seem concerned about the hazard this creates in the restaurant. Read morePlaced an online order. I arrived 45 mins later as instructed and waited in line to speak to worker. After a 5 minute wait a young women asked me what I wanted. I explained to her I placed an online order. She stated there were no orders placed. After checking and asking me if I was multiple names I told her my name and to check under that. She then went to a young man who also could not find my order. They both went to a third women who went into the computer and found my order printed it out and have them the order receipt to make the order. As I’m standing there, mind you no ones aknowleged what has happened or what’s going on. I notice they are marking the order wrong, then I was told it wasn’t my order they were making. There was no one else in line and I had placed this order 45 min ago. I asked for a refund and was explained by the woman refunding my ticket that everyone is new. Not one person seemed to want to try and make this situation right it was more or less oh well. No customer service, is it a lost art to communicate with customers and treat them with some dignity...
Read moreVisited qdoba on September 18, 2022 and purchased two bowls. Totaling $21.55. My card had been charged 3 more times that same night and took my card to a zero balance. Went back to the store the next day and the manager said there was nothing she could do if the charges were still pending. So the night of September 19, 2022 qdoba tried to charge my card three more times and have been doing so everyday since then and I still haven’t received a refund from the money I lost from the first day. I visited the store a second time and still was told there is nothing they can do right now and to wait a few days and I’m on day 5 and still haven’t received a refund of my $30 and they are still trying to charge my card. I need for you guys get that store in order or the system or whatever cause I am not happy at all that I have to suffer from you alls mistake.
