I recently dined at this charming spot near Tower Grove Park and couldn't wait to try their signature dish; the Salmon Lover poke bowl. It did not disappoint! The poke bowl was a vibrant mix of fresh ingredients and bold flavors that made every bite a delightful experience. I paired it with a brown sugar boba drink, which, while visually appealing, unfortunately fell a bit short on flavor. : Despite the slight letdown with the drink, the overall experience was fantastic. The restaurant's ambiance is inviting—brightly lit and spacious, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a cozy solo meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

we also tried the popcorn chicken which was fried and seasoned to perfection! for drinks, we got a brown sugar milk tea and matcha milk tea. the brown sugar milk tea was more fragrant than i thought, and the matcha milk tea was good too.
we really enjoyed our experience dining at poke one and...
