St Louis Kitchen — Restaurant in St. Louis

I guess today was be lazy day because the 3 girls behind the counter today was horrible. One girl had long red hair with NO HAIR KNIT ON. The other girl was too worried about stuffing her face then assisting the customers oh and yes she was eating behind the counter in front of all the customers! Once they called my name to tell me my food was ready, they were too busy talking and forgot to ring me out! Another lady there that was ordering as well had to ask the girl if she was going to ring her out! Oh and let's not forget when I called and requested to speak with the manager the same girl who did not have on the hair knit and provided horrible service claimed she was a manager and she wasn't! Then when I told her my problem she placed me on hold and put another girl on the phone by the name of Mimi who claimed she was the manager! I'm so outdone with this place and they will never get my money again. My real question is who is the real manager or owner so I can go ahead and express my concerns to them! Oh and let's not forgot prior to me going up there I tried to call my order in and when I called they placed me on hold for five minutes and never came back to the line and when I came in I even witnessed them still doing the same thing! Everytime someone called they told them to hold and never went to pick...

After receiving Saint Louis Kitchen's flyer in my apartment box, I decided I would try them out once. My experience was instead... disappointing. While placing my order on the phone, the guy who answered seemed rather impolite and careless with my order. To the point where I asked if I could pay with my card, and he says, "Yeah, sure... whatever." It felt as he was annoyed taking my call and left me a bit worried giving my card information out.

After the card information was given out, the caller immediately hangs up and fails to give me a time estimate on my order. I have to call back to find out how long deliveries will take, the lady on the phone says forty-five minutes. As I wait, an hour and thirty minutes pass, and I get a call from a "driver" who states he will be here with my order in a minute. After twenty minutes pass, a completely different driver answers the phone with my order. (A bit unorganized if you ask me). However, when I did get my order, I was not surprised to see my order half completed in the end. Pitiful. I will not be spending my money at this...

Food is ok but it does not make up for the horrible service. The website does not work-IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY -but nobody seems to know where it goes. And no-they do not refund it. They will not even give you any type of credit towards an order taken over the phone with them literally 1 minute after their fake website steals your money. But I'm loyal to this place so i just called in the order anyway. The guy told me that it would be no more than 45 mins. 1 hour and 54 mins later the guy brings my food-COLD FOOD. Oh, and they failed to mention that the sauce (which is pretty much the entire point of the dish) was sold out so it wasnt delivered. No discounts. No extra items for the inconvenience. No waived delivery fees. Still charged full price for the dish I ordered. I just dont understand. I order from them quite ofen so it makes me a little sad that they would act this way today and not think twice. I will not return. I hope someone else reads this and saves some money. I wish I...
