I don't fault the people here at all—they are working their tails off—but the staffing is so inadequate to handle the demand that service is slow and error-prone. I was greeted immediately upon entering on Saturday morning and placed a simple breakfast order—2 breakfast sliders, 2 breakfast toast sandwiches, 1 hash browns, period. It took several minutes for my order to come out, and while I waited, I had to listen to constant shouting from behind the counter, confirming and checking orders, many of which were for the drive-through window. Again, I don't fault the the people; they seemed overwhelmed. I almost walked out. When I did get my order and got it home, the 2 sandwiches and the hash browns were hot and tasty, but the 2 breakfast sliders were MIA. I wasn't about to drive back for a couple of sliders.
This could be a great location if they had enough staffing, but they seem to be making their money by stiffing the customers and overworking their employees. I guess this is the future of fast food when the minimum wage is over $15. How many sliders do they have to sell in an hour to cover that kind...

I wasnt informed and I spent close to $10 more than I had to as I didnt notice the sign outside until after my purchase as I initially went inside only to use their restroom and the party I was with requested to eat. The entire burger & bun shouldnt be full of onions. Be modest with them. There were an excessive amount of pickles on the burgers ,falling out of them as if they were just picked up and thrown on. The chicken rings & fries were fine. Service from manangement was mediocre. She was rushing us to order (no one else was in the lobby) guests should be able to take as much time as they need. Rushing is rude. Management asking other parties you are with if they can order after you request to use their restroom before ordering the food yourself. Dont be rude. No napkins available in the lovby where we ate or in my bag. Lobby was not clean as all tables & booth seats had old reamining food and stains from prior guests. No thank you...
Read moreWas in the area on vacation, and I've watched Harold and Kumar go to White Castle a few times over the years, so I had to stop in. Staff was very friendly, and one lady had a spunky personality, she was pretty funny. The front pop machine is broken. You have to ask staff for refills, which can be annoying when they are busy trying to make the food. The food was okay. Good for my expectations, but it's not gourmet or fancy or anything like that. The price matches what you get though, so no complaints. The chicken ring nugget things were a hit with our group, def recommend giving those a try. Was a bit of a wait for our food, BUT they were running drive through, and my group was 2 adults and 7 kids, so the wait was probably our fault. Great staff! Somebody needs to get y'all a new pop...
