this is the dreamiest studio! I love the bright light from all the windows, the simplicity and the serenity of the room and the added bonus of it smells like delicious Jeni's waffle cones walking up to the space.

The studio was and is so beginner friendly for me-I love that you didn't have to have your own mat, as you are provided with a luxe mat and everything is so kindly set up for you already. The teachers greet you with warmth and it makes trying something new less scary.

The owner Constance was so incredibly genuine in her response after she reached out to me after my first class. You can just feel all the passion from her and the teachers. I love that there are truly classes on the schedule for everybody. Shoutout to my favorite Monday Gentle Yoga with Bek! Jason on Sunday's is amazing. Can't wait to go back to Shea's Beginner class.

I took Jason's slow flow class on Sunday the 12th and it was great! Loved the unique sequencing and the storytelling aspect that went along with it. Jason's passion and expertise definitely shown through and it was such a fun class to take. I felt so relaxed at the end of class and I carried that feeling with me through the rest of my day.

The studio is adorable and they have thought of all the little touches that makes you feel pampered when walking into this space! They have the ability to make hot tea (which on cold and snowy days is such a great addition to any class. The teachers set out the mats and props beforehand for you and clean them up after you are done. I felt like royalty! There are even slip on shoes to borrow when using the restroom (such a great little detail that no other studio I've been to has ever thought of).

I am currently in teacher training with Mandi, and she is amazing, I feel very supported and loved with this group, there is so much community! I love it here, the environment is wonderful, they have yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters in studio, and welcome new students, no membership required though it does make classes less expensive!
