Exodus Gallery — Attraction in St. Louis

The venue is beautiful. However, the owner could benefit from training in customer service and how to effectively run a venue.

I’ve hosted many events in the past at several venues, and never have I seen an owner so visible that it made the guests uncomfortable. If a crumb was dropped, he was there sweeping under our feet. The only paper towels available, were those in the restroom, which eventually ran out. If you are renting kitchen space, paper towels should be provided near the sink. Most venues provide paper products and trash bags, and stay out of the way until needed. This owner was all IN THE WAY!!!

The venue also charges the renter for EVERYTHING! If you’re bring a DJ, it’s an additional charge. If you’re bringing a backdrop, that’s an additional charge. 🤔

I cant beleive i dont have a review for this venue. This is the most beautiful venue ever with the art gallery. Carlton always does an amazing job making sure everything is available and accessible and together for all your needs. Your guest will absolutely love this venue. This place is beautiful. We had my Niece's graduation party there. The owner gracious and kind. It can hold small gatherings of up to 50 people. I would suggest you have about 30.
