Worst drive-thru experience I ever had. The lady working the drive through box was rude and rushed us...we said one item and she told us to pull forward...we calmly said "we weren't done ordering" and she said "oh well you said....what else you want?" And then when we said the next item she said "hold on." And repeated the first item wrong to us. She also told us to slow down after we ordered our third item. While ordering there was a homeless guy next to our passenger side window asking me to roll it down. I shook my head no and he motioned like he wanted a lighter....I shook my head no to this also and he kept standing there trying to get me to roll the window down. He then went to every other car in the drive thru doing the same thing. As we got to the window to pay, the guy was talking on the phone to someone and told them "give me 5 minutes". Another homeless guy swapped with the first and was standing directly across from the drive thru window. I legitimately thought we were going to get robbed. When we got our food, our tacos were SOAKING wet.. im pretty sure something was done to our food.. My girlfriend found hair in hers.. honestly this place should be shut down or looked into.. Never stopping at this taco bell again.

I had one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant at this Taco Bell location on N. Kings Highway in St. Louis. After being told the drive-thru was not taking orders unless placed through the app or DoorDash, I followed instructions, parked, and placed a mobile order. When I returned to the drive-thru to pick up my order, the staff not only refused to give me my meal, but one of the workers.. a young man at the window.. SPIT in my food. Yes, you read that right. He intentionally spit in the food I paid for and then acted as if this was acceptable behavior. This is beyond unsanitary.. it’s hateful, dangerous, and absolutely disgusting. I would never expect this from any establishment, let alone one as well-known as Taco Bell. I will never return to this location and urge others to avoid it as well until this behavior is dealt with and accountability is taken.

Just over an hour ago i ordered 12 tacos, a crunchy wrap supreme and drink. I specifically wanted taco bell sole for their crunchy wrap supreme but it looked nothing like the crunchy wrap supreme advertising below. My crunchy wrap was smashed flat, it was cool not hot and soggy not crunchy and lettuce was old. Totally unacceptable but the tacos were made fresh because i did not want lettuce on them so i give this taco bell 3 stars for being near by, quick and not messing up on the rest of my order

I just left this taco bell on kingshiway and the guy over the intercom was rushing me with placing my order.i had to pull over to get my food. He comes out and I ask where is the drink? He asked me didn't I get my drink from the window...I say no then he rushes me about what drink I was supposed to get. I ask him why is he rushing, he starts clapping his hands together like I was getting on his nerves. I go to the door when another employee is coming out and ask if someone else can bring me my drink. While I'm explaining to the nice young man what occurred he said he would take care of me but the other guy comes to the door to say he never had an attitude and starts trying to make me get out of the door. His manager comes with my drink and tells me this is my drink and I didn't have to act that way. I told her what happened because she never asked me just assumed I was wrong and without asking me the customer what was wrong. I will NEVER go there again. You do not disrespect people that are not disrespecting you. In the service industry things can be rough for workers and customers but if you're a worker don't talk to people crazy. I treat people well as long as I am. I never come out angry unless I'm mistreated in an establishment. I wish I had his name but this happened about 11:30, 1/1/24, taco bell kingshiway across from Burger King. HORRIBLE service! I can't even give...
