I want to share my experience with this Subway, this evening. I went in this evening to purchase sandwiches. Before I placed my order, I asked the young lady behind the counter, will you accept coupons? She said yes. As I'm proceeding to place my order, there are flies in the bread box. I told the young man that there were flies in the bread box. His response to me was, what do you want me to do about it? I can't get them out. I said open the bread box and let them out. I then proceeds to get an attitude and opens the box. There were 2 other people in the store and they stood by and did nothing. I took pitty on him and proceeded to order my sandwiches. As I'm ordering the sandwiches, they were steak, the man operating the cash register says, corporate says you can't use coupons on steak sandwiches. I said, where does it say that? I don't see it in writing. He says, its not in writing, they just told us not to take coupons on steak sandwiches. I said thank you, I'll go somewhere else. I got to this subway all the time and have used coupons on steak sandwiches before. This was my favorite Subway. I'm not sure who is managing it now but I will not be back. Not anymore. Read moreThis place is horrible. I wish I couldnt give it any stars. I visited this place two days ago. I go through drive thru to place a order. The kiosk board wasn't working correctly, it started me over about three times. I pull to the window to let the worker know, she tells me that my food is ready but I still wait 10 min. When I finally get my chicken teriyaki sandwiches, they're cold. The worker calls the general manager Julia, she states "I'm not giving u a refund because u decide u don't want the food anymore. That's wasting our food" the next day I return ask the owner for refund, the OWNER (WHICH IS AFRICAN AMERICAN) REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I spent $32 just to get cold food, not to mention double meat is $3. I WORK FOR A SUBWAY. CHICKEN, STEAK, AND MEATBALLS (ANY HOT FOOD) SUPPOSE TO BE HEATED TO 165°. MY FOOD PROBABLY WAS WARMED TO 50°. ITS SAD BECAUSE THE OWNER ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT MY MONEY. I HAD TO CONTACT COOPERATE FOR A REFUND(STILL WAITING) .RESTAURANT BUSINESSES NOT SUPPOSE TO ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS ABOUT A REFUND. Read moreComing in to pick up my subs I ordered through the app, restaurant is completely empty. I wheel in my scooter as I have done at countless restaurants in St. Louis but I get this guy telling me "You can't bring that in here." I'm so surprised I ask why and he says again, you can't bring a scooter in. Yes, let me leave my $1000 personal scooter outside because I can't bring it in for 5 seconds to grab my sub. Keep in mind this is a small scooter(27 lbs) and this isn't the best neighborhood(homeless guys literally outside). Yeah, won't be coming back or ordering again despite it being right next to my house. Clearly a Subway employee on a power trip.
