This taco bell is the WORST! I never write reviews but this was just too horrible not to. Before my transaction was complete the cashier decided his personal call on his phone was more important then staying at the counter where I and other customers were waiting behind. He never gave me a receipt for my order, he never gave me my cup for a fountain drink. He just LEFT, to pick up his CELL PHONE. I waited a minute, but really I had no patience for this because I was on lunch break and he was disrespectful enough to just leave me without finishing my order, so I went back to grab a drinking cup myself. Didn't steal one, didn't take an extra one, just took the cup I PAID FOR AND DIDN'T GET BECAUSE AGAIN HE WAS BUSY ANSWERING HIS CELL PHONE. Then I can clearly hear the unprofessional manager yelling from the back talking crap about me as if I wasn't in the store anymore. She didn't tell her employee that he shouldn't take personal calls on the clock while with customers. She blamed me for getting my own cup. I got my own cup because she has a terrible employee. I called up there to explain the situation, maybe get my damn receipt too. The manager was so rude over the phone as well saying how it was my fault. This place is a joke. They apparently can take personal calls while in the middle of taking an order, they apparently don't give two craps and proceed to blame the customers for their employees poor work ethic. This shouldn't surprise me considering the neighborhood this store is in. But, I do expect a certain respect when spending my money somewhere. And I can tell you this isn't the best neighborhood but no other fast food place has treated me so poorly. I probably will not eat at Taco bell again because of this one store. Poor poor service. and even...
Read moreGood evening all, let’s just be clear to start. I understand stuff happens and errors are made. However this location has failed its customers on multiple occasions. My last two experiences while ordering through the mobile application have been horrendous. Both instances having similar problems and interactions. The staff, instead of just working through their screen and handling orders FIFO, will happily take orders from friends/family and make the meal gratis. While paying customers stand there. I witnessed what appeared to be the manager, jump her family’s order ahead of mine even though I followed their directions. I was asked to come in the store by an untrained (their words/excuse) drive through employee and sat around for twenty minutes where one particularly unprofessional male employee brought out his phone rather than working and constantly asking customers what order they are waiting for. When confronted that he hadn’t asked for my order, the employee became belligerent and annoyed that anyone would dare call him out for messing up. I wish I had gathered his name as I would love to name and shame him for such behavior. If ownership is reading these reviews (doubt) we arrived at approximately 18:00 and received our order at 18:24. The only saving grace of this interaction was the freshness of the meal. The eight free taco coupons, that expire, is not enough for me to continue to be treated so poorly by your unprofessional untrained and unreliable employees. Consider those the last dollars you will receive from...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is the closest one to my house, unfortunately. A couple weeks ago my boyfriend and I went through the drive through. When we reached the microphone thing where you order, a voice said "it's going to be about 10 mins" In the past we have had to wait before ordering so we assumed that this meant not to order yet. After sitting for about 10 to 15 minutes in silence, the voice came back saying, "uhh.. y'all can pull forward?" We told him that we had not ordered yet. This then turned into a brief argument about what exactly he had meant when he said in the beginning, but my boyfriend, who has much more patience than I do, rolled his eyes and just pushed on with our order. When we got to the window to pay, the guy felt the need to explain why we were wrong about the situation and he was right. Almost every time we come here he orders a bean burrito with no onions and he gets onions. What was different about this time, was that my bf began to vomit and was sick as a dog for about 36 hours. I did not get sick, but I have a stomach of steel (when it comes to throwing up, we are like 4-0 in the whole time we have been dating) I wish I could say we haven't been back since then, but I'd be lying. There hasn't been any more verbal altercations or food poisoning, but there certainly has been onions on his burrito!
The new stackers thing is...
