White Castle — Restaurant in St. Louis

I will never eat here again.They are very disrespectful and do not show courtesy to their customers.They have surveillance at this location With that being said I was harassed by them.I feel that I was discriminated against for what reason I don't know.After I done spent over $20 for 2 breakfast (one meal ) and sandwich me and my friend decided to dine in.Well while we ate the security people (over the intercom) stated that if we was sitting there and hanging out they would give a full description of us to the police.i looked my friend and then at the employees of the restaurant,then I said was he talking to us?One of the employees said I think they was saying that because people were moving around.I then said ok brushed it off and continued with my meal.When I got done I cleaned up our trash threw it in the trash can then asked if I could use the restroom.The employee said yes and he came and opened the restroom door.I replied thank you then proceeded inside.i immediately realize I forgot my bag with my female things inside so I ran back out grabbed my bag (plastic bag btw) and went back in..About 5 mins if that later I came out.My friend asked if he could use the bathroom they said yes and he went in.As I was waiting for him to come out I was finishing my coffee while I wait and then again the idiot who abuses his authority once again began to harasse me for the 2nd time.This time he said if your continue to hang out I will give a full description and contact police also.make.a.report that you are loitering and you will be arrested.i thought this was a recording until he said the lady that is sitting in the corner I'm going to call the police and give a full description and you will be arrested..I was so mad how dare you profile me for no reason.i was doing nothing just finishing my drink and then I would have left.I don't know who I can report this too but if anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it. OH BTW DONT EAT THEIR THE LOCATION IS GRAND...

This location has the worst service. They are incompetent. I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before I was greeted. I told the employee I was picking up an online order. I made it very clear that it was a custom order just in case my instructions were overlooked. He told the man on the grill. Some how they still messed up the order. By then it was almost 8:00, my order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. They wanted me to wait while they remade it. I then asked ro speak to the manager. The manager on duty that night was a female. She was very rude as she shouted at me telling me there wasn't any special request on the receipt. I showed her my confirmation email which had my special request instructions on it. She had a bad attitude the entire time, she then threw my money at me when I asked for a refund because of her and the staffs poor customer service also because I was tired of waiting. And people wonder why these fast food restaurants as well as other businesses are...

A friend and I stopped by this White Castle after the movies to get a late snack. We waited in line for a long time and we were the next car to give the order. It took the car in front of us about 5 minutes in the drive thru. We place our order and finally get to the window. The attendant ask us our order at first. Then payment was given. Then minutes later she came back asking did we have food that wasn't ours. Minutes later she gave us a bag of food. We get home and the order was wrong. We should've checked the bag before leaving, but it's ok. This was one of those rare nights I stopped at a fast food establishment this time of night. We didn't go in, but through the drive thru only. This location is not situated in the best neighborhood so please be aware of your surroundings when visiting this location. Neither of us was very pleased with this visit. At least the food we had tasted...
