Similar to the reviews everyone has left sadly I did not check prior to stopping at this location. I was at the drive thru placing a short and simple order and as the employee asked me what drink I would like she quickly changed her attitude to begin complaint and yelling about the beeping my vehicle was causing since I pulled too far forward, according to her, and wanted me to either reverse or pull forward. Well due to the car directly behind me allowing no room, I slightly moved forward. I asked her if that was better and if she could hear me and instead of a response I could hear her complaining about the bee she could hear on her end. After no response, I decided to pull towards the window since she heard my order just not drink option. I assumed she could at least get that portion started and pour my drink and inform me of my total at the window. I was very WRONG. She had a very strong attitude, carried herself very UNPROFESSIONALLY, and had absolutely no dose of friendly or care for customer service. She began to complain and raise her voice at the window on how the beeping was bothering her. I asked if she couldn’t hear me, since I never heard a response from her, to which she replied I could hear you. Well great?....yet my order was not placed nor was she willing to help. She rudely replied that she couldn’t take an order at the window. Read moreSat in the drive thru from midnight until 15 after. Circled thru as I was supposed to be picking up an order for a door dash. The customer had already placed the order. Idk if it was taken online and there where no crew inside or what. Currently sitting here watching two other cars sit in the dead zone of this drive thru. Sign is on as well as drive thru board and lights on the side of building but interior lights are off in the lobby. Looking towards dt window it seems the kitchen appears closed for the night. The owner needs to get in this location as I believe your crew is ditching out on you. Currently on the line reporting this insanity to door dash as I do not wish to be to blame for the customer never having an order they were charged for delivered. Especially after I'm out the gas to drive here. I hope no one else orders tonight because I'd say the closing mod might be up to run closing reports at 2am to give the appearance they were present but I hope you haven't paid them out as they packed up shop leaving it obvious they don't intend to fill orders for food. I guess I shouldn't feel bad tho with others reportings it sounds like this location is poorly managed. Wondering now if you own multiple as I recall being told by kings highway a couple weeks back they wasn't serving food. Read moreI was told that there is a 3 item limit. I could hear the annoyance in the voice that I wanted to order despite the 3 item limit. I place my order but I should had just left. My mistake.
Once I actually got to the window I am told to pull forward and then back up. I assumed this was to reset their timer. I did as asked. I then received my 3 items. I asked for a receipt but their "Printer isn't working". Fine, I go home with my food.
My food looked basically slopped together. My chicken quesadilla didn't even have any chicken in it and barely any cheese. I have been eating at this location on and off for over 10 years now. Things get better and worse through the years and I have never needed to leave a review or complaint cause that's how places are over time. This is definitely the worst I have ever had from this place food wise, by far. The guys there weren't rude but they were definitely annoyed by my presence. It was a half an hour before closing time so maybe they just wanted to go home, I don't know. It's not like I showed up 5-10 minutes before they closed. In any case it just felt like they were trying to get out of doing work and fudging the numbers with the pull forward, back up thing. What's even worse is that I can't even fill out the customer satisfaction survey because their "printer isn't working". I can not even find the store number to submit a complaint.
