Ordered 32.00$ worth of food from the drive through last night, including mozzarella cheese sticks. We pulled into a parking space to check our order, and discovered that the cheese sticks were old and soaked to a point of dripping with grease. I immediately went to the window and asked for fresh sticks, and did get them replaced with fresh hot rigid sticks. But my point here is that someone knew they were old and "double dipped in hot grease" to sell them to some unlucky person in drive thru, who would not notice until they got home. No way was this an honest mistake. Anyone packing them would have known, and of course the cook would have known since they did it. If a business makes it a practice to screw the people at drive thru, since they wouldn't discover immediately, then this is worth warning. The staff appear to be all teenagers, and management is lacking, or involved. I give one star because I cannot give zero. This because they attempted to rip me off by deception. When I say something about a place, it is for the greater good of the consumers who need to know to...
Read moreTraveling through, we stopped around 8:30 to grab dinner and stretch our legs. We see a couple through the window sat at a table eating their dinner, perfect... But the door is locked when we try it, checked their hours posted on the door and it says the Kitchen AND Dining room are open until 10:00. With this new information we had we thought they may have just one unlocked door so we walked all of the way around to the other side of the store to try that door, but that was also locked... We knocked on the drive through window to ask the lady about the locked doors and she said that they close the dining room, but kitchen is still open (despite what the information advertised on the door). So sent the husband through the drive through while I tried to let our 1 yr old stretch his legs and we all ate in the car in the Arby's parking lot... The hours posted on the door should reflect their true hours of operation. This was a...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a sandwich and fries and then sat at the window for about 15-20 minutes. There were 4 staff members in the parking lot right near the drive through window smoking and hanging out. One appeared to be a manager, possibly. It looked like there were only two staff members inside working. Then I saw the staff go inside and come out with many bags of food and drinks and get in their cars to go home. It was 6:30pm. Dinner rush? There were at least 5 cars behind me waiting for food, but it seemed more important for the staff to get their own food first. I finally got my food and while driving off I realized my food was ice cold. What are the priorities of this place? Then when I was trying to leave the two cars full of staff members almost backed into me because they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I just moved here and will never come back to...
